Very quick easy process to insure phone, very impressed.

Customer service are lovely, however the claims team are utterly useless.
They ‘aim’ to respond within 2 working days. However their response is just to ask for information that has already been provided and for MORE documentation that should have been requested at the beginning. The process for settling the claim is incredibly slow and painful, don’t expect to receive a replacement device in any adequate time…

Repair that they carried out 5 months ago on the inside screen of my z-fold 5 failed while opening it normally.
Emailed them, I was told it was outside of the repair warranty of 3 months, they list on their website that warranty is 12 months for "replacements", no mention of "repair" warranty. Ave been told to claim again.
I would not recommend using this company, making you pay for their shoddy workmanship, then getting told to make a claim and pay again to fix said bad service.
UPDATE: Given all the information they asked for... still no response.

my iPhone 14 Pro Max has been insured for them for 2 1/2 years and Sadlay I had a water damage and filing a claim online is quick. I got a quick approval and the option to bring your phone to Apple genius bar is amazing. My phone cannot be fixed in Apple needs to replace my phone and the cost is high but the insurance covered it with no problem in the claim
I got paid in two days! overall very satisfied. Easy to talk to them over the phone and email and everyone is helpful. The paper works is reasonable for accidental damage and found no problem. Processing it.

So bad Don’t get insurance with them after I bought the policy they ask me for receipt from the seller and a lot of other documents I sent everything to them after they say we can’t cover your phone with No reason

I am writing to express my profound disgust and outright contempt for the abhorrent, soul-destroying claims process I have endured after purchasing a new iPhone that I had dutifully insured with your company for over a year, paying premiums without fail.
What should have been a straightforward claim has been transformed into a grotesque, Kafkaesque nightmare of bureaucratic sadism. Your claims department appears to derive perverse pleasure from tormenting honest customers, demanding an ever-expanding avalanche of meaningless documentation while deliberately ignoring everything already submitted. Despite providing every single document requested — multiple times — your staff continue to circle back with the same imbecilic demands, as if illiterate or intentionally malicious.
Let me list, for the public record, the insulting and utterly degrading hoops you force paying customers to jump through:
Proof of ID (apparently once is never enough)
“Dual validation” proof of ID (whatever meaningless jargon that is)
Utility bills to “prove” an address everyone already knows
Original invoice (which you then reject if it dares come from the network provider)
Bank statements and credit-card statements showing payment
Multiple photographs of the original box like some forensic crime scene
iCloud screenshots proving the device exists in my account
A full confession of every other insurance policy I’ve ever had in my life, as if I’m applying for security clearance rather than claiming on a phone I already paid you to protect
This is not “due diligence.” This is deliberate customer abuse dressed up as procedure. Your company exists for one purpose only: to greedily collect premiums when times are good, then deploy an army of obstructionist clerks to deny, delay, and degrade when a legitimate claim arises. You are not an insurance provider — you are a legalised scam that preys on trust and weaponizes paperwork to avoid paying out what is rightfully owed.
I have never encountered such contemptible, incompetent, and downright cruel “customer service” from any organisation in my life. Your claims process is designed not to protect against fraud, but to break the spirit of honest policyholders until they give up in exhaustion.
Consider this letter the first of many. I will be escalating this matter to the Financial Ombudsman, posting detailed accounts of this disgraceful treatment across every relevant review platform, forum, and social media channel, and warning every person I know to avoid your company like the plague.
You should be ashamed. But I suspect shame is not in your corporate vocabulary — only profit through customer suffering

Simple and clear claim process. I chose the Apple Genius Bar repair option, and it was easy to upload the receipt and the requested information. The customer support team was great with their follow-up.
If I had to be picky, the customer dashboard could be a bit more user-friendly, especially when it comes to re-uploading documents.
Overall, it was a smooth and straightforward experience.
