Great experience
Great experience. Very nice facility. Clean, dry and well lit. Love the electronic entry. Was pretty quiet when I moved in so no competition for trollies or lift.

Easy to access our storage unit
Easy to access our storage unit. Although it wouldn't let me share with my husband as it wouldn't send him a message through text and there was no other option .
There isn't enough trollies. We have gone there and 1 group is using both trolleys. 2 isn't enough for the whole centre.

Great understanding of my needs. Customer service was able to guide me through the complexities of changing units simply and clearly. The change was due to size restrictions in the original unit. There was no issue with doing the change.

Mackay - Seamless set up and immaculate facility
Seemless and immaculate facility. In only wish the gate sensor range for entry/exit was a little larger as you have to be quite close to activate the gate. When entering if it doesnt work for any reason you are already blocking the whole roadway.

4out of 5 ain’t bad.
I like the state of the art security system (using an app to access, etc. Your premise at Jimboomba is always clean, tidy. I was a bit disappointed about the $15 price hike on such a small storage locker that I rent. I do feel confident that choosing your storage facility was a good choice. Thanks.
