Hi Rod, great to hear thank you. Security and convenience are what we're all about at Swift Storage. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!
Fantastic, Easy & Clean
Fantastic, easy and super clean. The app was easy to use and we had no problems with access. The storage space was so clean, I felt better about storing my household goods there than some of the other places I had looked at. When we were finished with the unit, the move-out process was quick and efficient. Very well organised.

Hi Jay,
Thank you for your honest feedback — we really appreciate your continued support as a long-term customer. We're glad to hear you're happy with the facility, but we completely understand your concerns around pricing.
We do our best to keep our rates competitive while maintaining the high standard of security, cleanliness, and technology our facilities are known for. That said, we recognise how frustrating it can feel when loyal customers don’t receive the same pricing as new ones, and we’re currently reviewing ways to better reward long-term storage users.
Your feedback has been passed on to our team for consideration, and we’d love the opportunity to chat further and see how we can help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.

Thank you for your honest feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad to hear you’re happy with the facility itself, but we completely understand your concern about the recent price increases.
We never take pricing changes lightly, and they’re only implemented to help cover rising operational and maintenance costs while continuing to deliver a secure, clean, and high-quality storage experience. That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating this can feel, especially when increases happen close together.
Your feedback has been passed on to the team, and we’re always here to chat if you’d like to discuss your options further. We genuinely value your business and hope we can continue to support your storage needs.
