I am impressed with the tech that allows for seamless move in and out.
Toilet facility is handy to have on site and is always clean. I love the 'no keys needed' to gain access. I already have so many keys to deal with, without adding to it. Being in a cul de sac makes it a quiet street to enter into. No extra traffic to deal with. Overall love the whole experience. Thank you. 😀

Customer service was great and very helpful when needed. The Bluetooth system was surprisingly pain free to use. The driveway could be a little wider especially when multiple vehicles are accessing their units but everyone was friendly. Could not for the life of me, find the location of the trolley though which would’ve been handy.

We appreciate your comments on the driveway width and the trolley location, and we'll pass these on to the site team so we can make things easier for customers. Thanks again for taking the time to share this!"

Lack of cleanliness
Lack of cleanliness, lack of cover. Don't feel comfortable actually storing any of my stuff there due to security issues, pests and how badly the elements affect the units. Not worth the price at all.
Units aren't to size and are a rough estimate

Excellent Storage Experience
I had a fantastic experience using this storage facility for about 9 months while we were between homes. The whole process was incredibly easy, from booking the unit through to ending the rental when I no longer needed it.
The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how clean and well maintained the facility is. Access was simple thanks to the app, which made getting in and out quick and hassle free.
The units are well ventilated, which gave me confidence storing furniture and household belongings for an extended period. It was also great having trolleys available to borrow and clean toilet facilities on site.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for secure, convenient and well-managed storage. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
