Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don't shop here. You can find way better pricing.
I had to create an account (which is normal for sites like these) in order to even see the prices of their single vials (marked up to h*ll).
Upon seeing said prices, I opted to delete my account. However, there is no way to do so directly on the website. So, I emailed their customer service address with a request for deletion on May 15th. I was met with a condescending message saying that I did not in fact have an account, and that I'd never made a purchase before (this fact I am well-aware of, and now tremendously grateful for).
I followed up with a screenshot of my account details on their website, and received no confirmation/correspondence that my account was deleted. Just silence for a week. I followed up today, 5/24/26, and received the reply, "You do not have an account it’s been deleted. I’m not sure why you continue to email asking for the same thing over and over again. You do not have an account with us."
To be clear: "it's been deleted" and "you do not have an account" are two very different things. Moving forward, I hope that a company reselling Chinese peptide kits at an unbelievably marked up price can re-evaluate their customer service operations in a way that is not littered with condescension towards customers, both paying and browsing. Buyers beware.
