Sonalica was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept me informed of progress and was diligent in all aspects of her work. Even when things went wrong (not her fault - problem with the buyer), she maintained a professional but friendly approach.

I will be recommending Swift Lawyers to my friends and colleagues as a result and will definitely be using them and Sonalica hopefully again in the not too distant future.

Do not use this company! We have wasted three weeks sending documents back and forth only to be told, on the day draft contracts were due to be sent, that they were not insured to represent us as the property is above four stories.
They did not think to check or mention this beforehand. They have potentially cost us a sale and must be avoided at all costs. If I could score them lower than 1 star, I would.

Easy from start to finish, no issues and Aaisha was brilliant until completion.

Avoid this company
They were our buyer’s solicitors and were terrible. Got facts wrong, took forever to answer even basic emails. My solicitors had to chase and chase.

It took 6 months for the sale to go through. If I had know they were going to be that bad I’d have sold my property to another buyer.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid at all costs! This wasn't even our solicitor's it was our seller's solicitors. Our solicitors literally had to tell them every single thing they needed to do, word by word according to our solicitors. Never have I dealt with such an un-cooperative firm. Please do not use them if you want to get in your home without 6 months. 5 months it took to go through on an empty property.
