Modern, intuitive, and secure access control experience
I have been using Swiftlane since July 2023, and my experience has been extremely positive. I find it a very practical, fast, and efficient way to access the building, especially given the facial recognition feature, which works flawlessly.
I also really appreciate the different access options the system provides, such as generating unique entry codes for visitors, making guest access much simpler and more secure. Another feature I find very convenient is the intercom system connected directly to my phone, which adds a great level of practicality to everyday use.
Overall, Swiftlane provides a modern, intuitive, and secure access control experience.

Our Swiftlane system makes getting in and out of our building nearly effortless. I can't tell you how many times I've locked myself out of my apartment because I forgot my keys inside, but Swiftlane allows me to enter securely even without my keys.
The app is very user friendly
The app is very user friendly, very easy to navigate.
I think an improvement would be creating multi use codes.
Suggestion to Improve
I have used Swiftlane for about three years now, since our building manager installed the intercom system f. Ior the tenants living here. I find the camera feature very helpful, even for missed calls, but I wish there was a way for the tenants to directly access the Live Cam view, without the doorbell being rang.
I have also witnessed visitors being very confused about which tenant to dial because the alphabetical tenant names is the only way to access. It would be safer and much more efficient to have a DIAL BY APARTMENT number feature.

It's so much easier than having a physical key card. Especially when having guests come to the office. A special security feature is that the elevators are programmed by floor, so your access only allows you to get on the floor you are SUPPOSED to be on. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the outside portal access's facial recognition is glitchy, so I have to dig around in my purse for my phone.
My apartment switched over to Swiftlane…
My apartment switched over to Swiftlane from a traditional doorman. I like how convenient it is to let in deliveries & friends when I’m not at home. It’s also nice to be able to see who’s at the door. However I don’t like that a default alerts come in the form of phone calls. I’m on the phone a lot for work and it’s very disruptive. My building has also had numerous times when the app at the front door crashed all together. I’ve had to go downstairs to manually let people in or call my super to be let in myself when the app is down which is extremely inconvenient.
The facial ID works every time!
The facial ID works every time, and having the code as a backup is always nice! I have been using Swiftlane at my apartment complex for about a year now I do like the interface of the app as well. I have never once had an issue with Swiftlane.

This system has been such an upgrade from our building's intercom! It's so convenient being able to buzz deliveries in from my phone, and the added security of being able to see who is at the door is major. I also personally find the system more intuitive to use than competitors, like the Butterfly system.

Groovy futuristic building entry
My building used Swiftlane for front door access. Thanks to Swiftlane we could get in by scanning our face, or by using the app to 'manually' unlock the door. I especially liked that we could set up different codes to share with family or friends so that they could get in. We wished we could expand 'face unlock' access' to my daughter, but it didn't seem to be an option. The only other confusing thing was that my building sometimes seemed to use Swiftlane for other communications unrelated to the front door and it was never really clear when or why they chose to do that.
Swiftlane great tool!
I’ve had a great experience with Swiftlane overall. It’s very easy to use and has been especially helpful for deliveries when I’m traveling frequently—I no longer have to rely on neighbors to collect packages. I also like being able to create access codes for friends. I can set permanent PINs for those who visit often and temporary ones for guests who are just in town for a short time, which is incredibly convenient.
It’s also given me more peace of mind from a safety standpoint. The Face ID feature works quickly and reliably, which is great if I forget my keys.
The only downside is that it occasionally goes offline, but it’s usually resolved pretty quickly and hasn’t been a major issue.
Security features
I love the security features on swiftlane. The feedback from the app to the lock on the doors are immediate. I also use the pin for family members and it always alerts me when someone uses the pin or if anyone needs to be let in.

It’s been great for me personally. I’ve been at my apartments for a year or so and i’ve never seen any issues with it.
More seamless and easier visibility
It’s a much more seamless and easier process for myself and my guests. I host events often and sometimes need to have visibility while I’m out of town, and this system has made all of it much easier !
Convenience and peace of mind
Great product that gives me both convenience and peace of mind. I'm notified when my packages and guests arrive, at which I can approve entry. And best of all, I've configured the app to work with my phone shortcuts so that my entrance unlocks when I arrive home.

The idea is great but…
The idea is great. The system doesn’t work well in the cold. I have a phone case that blocks readers so I can’t use Bluetooth tap so it would be nice to have a card or RFD tag for my key to tap . It is a pain in the ass to try to open the door, Rangel my 4 year old, and the groceries and the facial recognition doesn’t work. There isn’t a handicap button , and we have handicap people in the building.lots of times it says its unlocked and I can’t open the door and i have to go to the bathroom, and have my 4 year old and i have to walk allllllll the way around the castle to the front to get into the door there it that one works. Get RDF tags or cards or something i can tap and the door opens. Get handicap buttons too.
