Lewis came sameday to quote for new boiler.Have used them several times before and always give good service and nice polite staff.New boiler running great and installer did a great job highly recommended.

Adam from Swift Heating was punctual, curtious and friendly. Job was completed without fuss and all mess was cleared up and old boiler taken away for disposal. Boiler controls were demonstrated and heating system tested before leaving. Very impressed 💯 👍

From start to finish the communications we're 5 star , answering all our questions and making everything clear and understandable , we needed a new boiler as soon as possible and after speaking to Chrissy and she was able to move things around and give us a date , Adam turned up on time and basically got on with the job with a professional approach and completed the job to a good standard and cleaned up leaving no mess , to all involved even behind the scenes everything was straight forward and would recommend, thank you 😀

We had a central heating boiler installed a year ago. The installation was done very professionally, with no mess and excellent communication, and it has run faultlessly all year. The 2 lads Jason and Adam were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and Adam even came back just to put a little issue to bed.

From quote to install of our new boiler we were kept informed of the process, the boiler was installed in a day including a power flush, Jason and Adam were very professional and courteous and went through the instructions on how to use the boiler, would recommend swift heating

I required a plumber, so went on Google the third party found Swift Heating Installations
I had to pay £120 to the third party for finding this Company, they came out to my Caravan on the next day Saturday ( so emergency call out ) there price was £120 for the first hour, in that hour they said a new part was required, they would have to order it and come back Monday
3-30pm no sign of them, had to ring them..
They sent a another plumber a nice young man, he said he tried the new part and it was still leaking, took the part off, and cut approximately one inch off the copper pipe which stopped the leak.
When I questioned the invoice, which was £255 for the two visits , I was told I was a bully and if I was that hard up they would deduct £15 and I had to pay £240 total .
I would never recommend Swift to anyone
I have emails from the first Plumber who I won't name insinuating I am a hard up Bully

The boiler was installed in February by Swift and came with a 10 year warranty. Swift came to do the annual service in October, 4 months early. When asked why they said they get really busy and hence doing it earlier. One of the radiators wasn’t working so I asked that they repair it. They never returned calls, and when we finally got hold of someone they said the job would be about £250 and that the radiator needed a thermostatic value. They said they were short staffed and wouldn’t be able to do it for approx 4 weeks. We called British Gas. Someone came out within 24 hours. The diagnosis by Swift was incorrect. The boiler was never installed with a metallic filter, which was the fault of Swifts and hence the radiator was blocked. We’ve opted to put in a new radiator and everything with British Gas was done within the week.
