Nick at Swellpro UK has always been providing a fantastic service to me.
I had an unpleasant situation with Swellpro in China but he has been able to keep me happy.
Always shop with your local distributor if you want to be sure you are looked after.

Very helpful & quick
Very helpful on the phone to explain the pros & cons of particular drones, especially the waterproof Spry+. Very quick despatch of my order. If you want a waterproof drone, this is the place.

Poor Battery
Very disappointed in the battery, found that the battery was very difficult to fit to the drone could hardly turn the knob to seal the drone, battery life was very poor, the low battery warning came on the controller at 3 minutes and depleted less then nine minutes, and very poor after sales. Still waiting for some contact.

Great customer service and extremely helpful
I contacted Nicholas at spydro to help with a request for a UN38.3 SDS document as I had to ship the cameras to the US. He was extremely helpful and sent the document I requested quickly. Huge thanks to him for his help.

I can absolutely recommend Swellpro UK
I can absolutely recommend Swellpro UK. I ordered a GPS Unit to Switzerland and Swellpro even asked again to make sure everything is correct with my order. I could also track the order and in my opinion shipping went quite fast!
In Switzerland I would not have been able to buy that spare part so I'm very happy I could from Swellpro UK. Thanxs a lot!!

These guys are great, and the Spry + Drone is brilliant , my son and I bought it to use in the water, flying from a boat, we’ve never flown before and this thing was super easy to fly right out the box , even fir the novice, we love it

SwellPro's customer service is a plus
SwellPro has a highly responsive customer service based in the UK. I had a part swiftly replaced after I crashed the drone into a metal barrier.
