Hello,
We know it’s frustrating when a session doesn’t go your way, especially when you’re hoping to trigger a Free Play feature. Game outcomes are random, and every play round is independent, so a purchase or previous rounds cannot guarantee a particular result.
We appreciate you sharing your experience.
