Would have been five stars apart from the wait for the part to arrive. Although not a company fault, at least the offer of 10% off bill or even a cuppa. Busy company and I think more help for front end staff may help. I would definitely return though

Great service
Dropped my car off with the team and received a text message saying they had looked at the car. Clicked on a link which showed a video where the mechanic showed me what the problem was with the car and a price which I could accept for the work or reject.
Accepted the work and picked up my car the next day (part needed ordering). Would definitely consider using again as I couldn't fault the service.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, knowledgable about cars. Only downside when I visited their wheel balancing machine was down and when working again it was only supposed to take twenty minutes and ended up being an hour and a half

Lack of professionalism, no communication despite telephoning numerous times and promised someone would phone me with update about my car,was told by the reception guy that my gearbox oil leak was fixed by a mechanic on site yet was told differently by another person that it was sent to a gearbox specialist repairer !!!
Picked car up and body work was covered with greasy finger marks on bonnet ,right wing drivers door and oil in boot of car absolutely terrible state to have car returned to me,also not happy with paying extra to have tracking set as it was fine before going to have clutch ,oil seal replaced 2 days before I had a service with Hyundai main dealers and my car was definitely not pulling to the right side as described on your video!

Firstly let me apologise if your car was dirty. It shouldn’t be as I employ 2 car cleaners and it is company policy to ensure all cars are clean before they leave. Feel free to pop it back to us and we will make sure the car is completely cleaned while you wait.
Your gearbox was taken to a gearbox specialist as advised by me personally to you. You were NEVER told the gearbox was being repaired in house and we have video evidence of me advising you about this. Please see this video at 2:18 I tell you that it needs to go to a gearbox specialist:

Your vehicle whilst it was with us was given a COMPLIMENTARY alignment check video here:

As you can see, our equipment is showing your alignment is out. Also, you were given the CHOICE to have it adjusted and you agreed to go ahead! There is no obligation to have any adjustment at all.
Your Hyundai main dealer would NOT check your alignment as part of their service so you would not have known about the alignment issue unless we had informed you.
It is our company policy to be 100% transparent when dealing with our clients. We explained to you that the gearbox issue was not going to be fast to sort as it needed to be sent to a specialist (as per video above) and you agreed. All work was fully video filmed and sent to you PRIOR to any work being carried out.
Aside to your vehicle having a couple of handprints on it (which I have already offered to have cleaned for you), I fail to see how you could have received any more professional service at all.

Customer visited us to say he had a vibration, no vibration found but we performed a slight adjustment to the alignment we performed and cleaned the vehicle for the client.
