This is a fraud company. DO NOT order from them. They take payments and do not send the peoduct. No ine from their end end responds to the customer service nos or emails.
Paid Rs 1000 and despite repeated emails and calls product was not delivered.
Bunch of Cheats.

This company is a total fraud and should be taken to the consumer court. Very similar to the experiences shared by people here, I also made an order on 3rd April but the order is still showing pending in July. They are not responding on WhatsApp and email and have taken the payment in advance. This is a pure online scam and the company’s conduct should be highlighted to government agencies.

Swadindia.in is fraud , I ordered 536rs chocolate to deliver tamilnadu and they took full payment from the beginning itself. 18 may ordered still not delivered today is 25th may. Im totally frustrated because got cheated by them. No mail response and WhatsApp response.

This company is a scamster. They take orders and full payment and DO NOT deliver. They took Rs 2950/- from me and assured that items will be delivered by 16th April. It is now 17th May and I am still waiting for those items. They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Scamsters. Legal action should be taken.

I had a terrible experience with this website. I placed an order, but it was never delivered. What’s worse, there has been absolutely no response from their side despite multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone calls, and even WhatsApp.

This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid ordering from this site. It appears to be unreliable and potentially fraudulent.

Fraud company, Did not deliver any products that I ordered on 14th March 2026. No response to any messages sent either thru whats app and mail. Pathetic service and not trust worthy.

complete shit website. they took my money and despite several attempts at communication only to no response. upon all this they had the audacity to cut the call on me.

I placed an order over a month ago and have still not receives the product or any proper update. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, there has been no response and no refund. Customer support keeps delaying without resolution. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Please be careful before ordering.

Order never arrived. They ask all orders to be pre paid but they disappear once you pay them. Zero response from customer service number or email they have on their website.

Fraud company, please report to cyber cell and register your complaint to prevent others from getting trapped

please register a complaint with the cyber cell and send swadinida a screen shot over the whats number given on their website. keep calling the number given on the website of swad india (both normal and whatsapp call) and keep following up with messages on whatsapp and send them a screenshot of the complaint registered on cybercell. I also escalated the issue with my bank and they ensured that they will mark this for follow up and recovery from the vendor. I got my money refunded within 2 days of doing the above. You will not receive any reply to messages or ur emails or ur calls from swad india.

Complete fraud. They simply usurped the money and never dispatched anything. All attempts to contact them via WhatsApp (message and calls) and E-mail failed and I have reached a dead end.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER!! They deducted the money via gpay but when I opened the page after payment showed a glitch and didn’t give order confirmation.I sent an email tried getting in touch via WhatsApp to no avail.. Wasted my money and efforts..Hope someone reads this and doesn’t fall for their fraud scheme..

My order got confirmation & money deducted. It is in processing. No reply on email or whatsapp. Call won't be answered. Looks like I lost some money to a scam company. If I receive my order I'll update here.
