Great Customer Service
SVM is easy to use and the customer service is always helpful and friendly. We've been using SVM for over five years. Recently, we had a delivery issue with FedEx (cards not received) and SVM worked with us to research the issue until our cards were received.

Card never arrived, no replacement
Not trustworthy. Sent a card to my client, which never arrived. I requested to re-issue a new card, and this is the reply I got:
"Unfortunately, the cards are shipped live to avoid need for activation upon receipt, and we therefore cannot replace the funds on a new card."

How does it take 4 days to deliver an eGift card by email?! completely ridiculous and the fact they refuse to offer a refund. It's unacceptable that they charge you before they send the email, something that can be done immediately. Very unhappy with this service and will not be using it again.

Hi, Micah. I'm sorry for your experience. Typically, a benefit of using eGift cards is the quicker delivery and distribution than traditional cards. However, sometimes business processes get in the way of delivering as quickly as we would prefer. We need to make sure payment for the cards has cleared, clarify delivery, and we only process orders on business days.

Buyer beware-NO REFUNDS
Buyer beware! I purchased some Shell gas cards as gifts and then changed my mind and requested a refund. After 3-4 weeks of emails, SVM said no refunds and referred back to Shell to request a refund directly. Again, another 2 weeks of emails until Shell also said that their gift cards are “non-refundable” even though I did not see that anywhere on SVM’s site or Shell’s. The rep for Shell did give me a helpful tip by stating that I could, “use the cards as gifts”. NO S**T!

Thank you for shopping with SVM. As a gift card reseller, we have different capabilities with our partner brands (ie. Shell). As our Customer Service team explained, we cannot refund Shell cards because we do not have access to their refund systems.
We cannot speak to Shell's policies or their representatives. We're sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience, but hope you can understand the challenge in refunding cash-equivalent products when a customer changes their mind about a purchase.

Isn't customer service about helping the customer?
Worst customer service I have ever received. No hello, thanks for calling, extremely rude as well completely not helpful. I was trying to buy $300 worth of gift cards for Chevron and their payment processor using Paypal denied the transaction 5 times, then with an unwilling to help customer service rep that gave me no options and only told me the address was wrong (which it wasn't) I then took my business to the Shell Website, used all the exact same info I had given them and the transaction processed with no issues. I am in customer service, this is not how you handle customers, you in the least try to help them spend money with your company.

Too many fees
I like getting my bulk orders from SVM, but the shipping processing, etc. fees are way high. I would order more from them if the fees were cheaper. My budget is eaten up by all the fees they charge.

Mr. Faraz - I'm sorry for your experience. We were messaging on Facebook, but you stopped responding. The back of every card we sell includes directions to contact Customer Service. If you're having trouble with a card or an order, there are also additional contact channels listed on our website.
I've asked you repeatedly to explain your issue, but you only want to repeat your claim that we are "scammers" and "cheaters."
