Really good speedy service, and one of very few places that had exactly the trail shoes I was looking for!

Received shoes quickly and efficiently. Excellent condition.

Honest feedback and I feel bad for leaving it but my experience wasn't great and didn't end well!

Took my bike in for a service and bottom bracket replacement. I bought the bike second hand and used it a few times on my indoor trainer but decided to get it serviced. I rang up the shop and booked it in and was able to drop the bike off early (Friday), I was pleased to see the set up looked professional and the bike would be secure in their care.

On Monday I received a call to inform me my bike had unfortunately been damaged whilst being serviced. They shop found a repair shop in Moira Swadlincote! It was left up to me to take it there for it to be assessed. Upon picking up my bike I saw the damage, the front mech had been ripped off the carbon frame with a bodge fix using Gorilla Glue was attempted. I quietly took my bike over to the carbon repair shop where I was informed the repair would be £230+VAT! I very quickly rang up Paul at Sutton runner bike repair to understand how it happened and what would be done to get the issue resolved. Paul was very apologetic and authorised the repair at their expense.

Two weeks passed and my bike was ready for collection, once again it was left up to me to collect the bike (50mile round trip!). The repair looked solid but the repair didn't include any painting. The technician at the carbon repair shop indexed the gears in front of me and all looked great, until that is popped it back on my trainer. Within 5 minutes of riding the non-drive side crank arm became loose and walked off the spindle FFS! when I looked at it the retaining tab wasn't fully home and now the drive splines on my Avio Power Sense crank were mashed and wouldn't go back on! Also when fitting a spare crank arm I noticed damage (scoring) to the frame where the bottom bracket had been replaced.

Now to say I was more than disappointed was an understatement!

Again I rang the shop and followed up with visit to discuss the Cluster F...! Paul was as disappointed as me and I felt so bad I have just left it as it is which is;

I have a bike that has been devalued because of the damage;

I have a bike I only have confidence (at the moment) to put on an indoor trainer;

I will have to try and repair my Power crank and see if I can make it fit again!

I am truly sorry I ever took my bike there, will not be back and cannot recommend them to anyone.

DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS TIRED OF SITES ADVERTISING THESE SHOES ONLY TO FIND THEY WERE WRONG SIZE, WRONG GENDER,OUT OF STOCK ETC...WITH THIS COMPANYIT WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD. ORDERED ,PAID, DESPATCHED. SIMPLE. THANKS AGAIN

Speedy delivery. Unfortunately shoes didn’t fit and had to be returned. Excellent customer service and refund issued the next day.

shoes were in perfect condition, did pay for next day but didn’t get it the very next day but was expected with the current circumstances. Nevertheless they came just on time for my cross country race!

I bought some trainers that were a bit too small, and Sutton Runner exchanged them with a very quick turnaround.
