I've been using Susocial for my accounts for a couple of months now. It has been a generally positive experience. The platform is not without its quirks and initial road bumps, but their customer service is top-notch and really quick to respond. Once you've gotten the hang of it, it's becomes much easier to use.

Top-notch service!
Susocial is a good tool, but it's not without its drawbacks. The platform is intuitive and it covers most of the basic functions needed for social media management, but it definitely has a learning curve, especially if you're not tech-savvy.
I found some parts of the interface to be a little confusing at first and the initial setup wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. I ran into a few issues, but their customer support was responsive and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, I think it's a good tool for someone getting into social media management, but there's certainly room for improvement.

I like how I can manage all of my social media accounts from one place using this tool. I'm also impressed by their customer support team, I have tried many tools in the past and this is by far the most active and helpful customer support team I have encountered.

Yet, nothing quite measures up to the functionality, convenience, and effectiveness that SuSocial offers.
Right off the bat, its compatibility with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more) is a massive advantage. You can manage multiple accounts across these platforms from a single dashboard. This not only saves considerable time but also eliminates the hassle of constant switching between different tools and platforms.
