I was put in contact with Janet and although I was sceptical or should I say stubborn it was the best thing I ever did. She has helped me through alot and im back on track. All of the counsellors and supervisors working for Survivors of D & R CIC are dedicated to their roles and make sure their clients feel emotionally held, respected, understood and listened to.
Janet is truly one of a kind, the way she connects with her clients is amazing. My daughter SP has been seeing Janet for 15 sessions and it's brilliant to see their relationship grow over the session and Tuesday mornings will never be the same. I very highly recommend Janet she is fantastic, she helped my daughter with her anxiety around moving house and an unexpected death in the family.

I’ve been having personal counselling with Janet as part of my 20 hours required for part of my HNC level 4. I’ve had 3 sessions so far and they have been very insightful and Janet is helping me with unresolved issues and experiences and my own self-awareness and also helping with my professional and personal development.
