Easy to use and great customer service
Very easy to use. After not receiving the needed respondents the customer service was very helpful and fixed it as soon as possible.

Well, It's easy and simple to use for one. The new update makes the website look even more classy and attractive, I like the update. However, the most important aspect is how helpful this website is for us students and I would presume any individual looking forward to collecting surveys. Beautiful system this is and I thank you for that.

Easy to use
Easy to use, always get my Karma for completing survey’s. I haven’t put my own survey on yet, but I doubt I’ll need to purchase any karma I think my responds will be free which is brilliant.

Showed instant result's
I’ve looked for online resources to send out surveys and surveys swap is only one that showed results. You have to stay active and do other surveys, given in the name. It’s slow on production of responses for what I’m looking for. I only had 20 responses in two weeks.

Working great for getting participants
Working great; better than alternatives; you do surveys, and people do your survey - working great,
There is only one thing to improve: I could not find where to put a code when I didn´t get a link at the end of a study.

Great help!
For my thesis I needed quite some respondents. When I gathered half of my respondents and with yet a week to go I paid survey swap to help me with gathering participants. This was a great decision! The employee, Ioana was a great help, she contacted me and gave tips in how to get more participants. She had some additional tricks up her sleeve that were really helpful. Her communication was nice and quick. She thought along and was even connecting with me in the weekend. Due to her help I was able to collect all of my results in time with the minimum amount of stress. Defenitely worth it!
