Absolutely FANTASTIC company. Ordered a shirt for our football fanatic 16 year old son. Super fast communication & so professional. I ordered a Small, but they sent a medium as manufacturers vary with sizing & I'm so grateful they did, as the medium fits our son perfectly & the small would have been too small!! Fantastic & would recommend to anyone!! Will definitely be ordering again soon, our son said this was his best Christmas present by far! Massive Thanks & don't hesitate to use this company!! The perfect gift for any football fan!!

Brilliant company and fantastic products. Second time ordering and won't be the last. I emailed with a few questions on Friday and Rob responded very quickly and answered everything I needed to know. I ordered Friday and received yesterday. Had a sneak peak, as it's a present for my son for Christmas and I can see the shirt is high quality, so I know my son will love it.
I honestly wouldn't shop anywhere else for a mystery shirt and have recommended this company to numerous people so far.

I’ve had a number of shirts from Surprise Shirts and all have been great. There has been a mix of really obscure clubs and decent top-flight European teams. The fact file received with each shirt shows the level of care and attention Surprise Shirts to what they do.

These guys are the champions league of mystery football shirt suppliers. You dont need to go anywhere else. They are the Cruyff turn, the Banks Save, the Carlos Alberto right foot finish, the Gascoigne lift and volley, the Ronaldo overhead, the Messi dribble. In short, football is in the very marrow of their bones. They get it. Therefore the service is beyond 'top bins', it's that top corner strike that satisfyingly smacks down emphatically from the underside of the crossbar. Try them, it's like walking out of your home ground after turning a 2 goal deficit into a 3-2 win with an injury time winner.

Unbelievable, brilliant company, over and above customer service - will never go anywhere else for football shirts again!

First time using Surprise Shirts (or any of the kind) - I looked around and saw there are a few different companies doing this but opted for Surprise Shirts. Shirt was delivered very quickly and received a shirt from the African league which I really like! I fully recommend using them, excited for what I'll get next on the subscription!

Ordered a shirt on the friday it was dispatched same day and with me on monday. The quality of the shirts in my experience is far superior to their competitors and after ordering from a few different companies over a year or so i would advise anyone to use these guys over anyone else.

Also as a side note their customer service is on another level, quick replies to emails and just outstanding service.

I received an amazing shirt when ordering the FM-edition, it took like a week for it to arrive to Sweden but the customer support was super helpful and I am definitely getting a subscription to this!

I would give 6 stars if I could. I emailed my preference prior to purchasing a 3x month sub advising how I would like to build a collection of mainly South American clubs. Received excellent customer service & very prompt replies. Opened first box this morning.. Internacional 23/24 3rd kit. Couldn't be happier! Packaging & presentation was 1st class. I've used other companies of this type before & Surprise Shirts are by far head & shoulders above the rest. I'll be subscribing indefinitely following initial 3 months. I have a subscription with surprise shirts. I had to change my payment details and when I changed my payment I accidentally set up a second subscription which I didn't notice however the next day I was emailed asking if was a mistake I confirmed that us was and they kindly cancel my subscription.They didn't have to do this so I was pleased with the customer service.

Amazing service. We have ordered a few shirts now and they have all been great quality and really interesting shirts. The fact card that comes with them is brilliant. Can’t fault their customer service, they even sent a note with the last shirt saying they had sent a different size as the sizes for the shirt they sent tend to come up differently.

My son was over the moon with his surprise shirt! Customer service is also amazing - they went above and beyond to help when a shirt didn't fit. 100% recommend as an alternative gift idea.

I ordered 2 shirts shortly before Christmas but unfortunately they were too big when I measured them against one my son already had.
I called customer services & spoke to Rob - he was amazing !! Sent out 2 more shirts in the smaller size & I returned the ones I’d originally ordered.
My sons were really pleased with the shirts & they were great quality.
