Surf & Turf Instant Shelters Anmeldelser

Very speedy responses to my emails. Staff seemed personable and friendly and seemed to really care about helping. The product (a replacement that is used regularly for 7+ years) is as well made as the previous. Can’t fault this company or their products

Always someone to answer the phone. In this day and age that’s special . The product is exceptional quality & customer service second to none. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, even when things go wrong they never quibble, they assist! I’m very appreciative, would recommend.

Ordered gazebo on back order that I was already aware of. They kept me informed when it would be in stock and sent. Immediate delivery which was fantastic. When I went to use the item we found a fault with gazebo. Emailed a picture to Ben who immediately replied and sent a new part on overnight delivery. Easy fix. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

I bought the so-called heavy duty large gazebo to use through this summer,

Within the first week to 2 weeks damage occurred on the side wall. Tears occurred between the bottom part which is plastic (Like polypropylene bags) Sewn onto canvas. It also ripped around the tent peg holes.

Later on in the Summer the canopy ripped at the top. On inspection we realise the fault design because the company had not sewn in cupholders or double stitched where the poles sit. Therefore where there is movement from the middle poles and the canvas it just wasn’t strong enough hence the ripping. Surf and turf’s response was for me to pay to send the side wall and the canopy back to them. They refused to cover the cost for this. I sent them back but I have just had an invoice of over £200 for me to buy a new canopy from them!!! I am massively shocked as I think this is disgraceful behaviour from a company who I originally put faith in that they would supply me a good quality product. I see there is another review before mine of the same kind of problem. The materials used are not strong high quality canvas. It looks like I will be taking this company to small claims

Very happy with the service given, the product and was delivered as promised
Thank you

They definitely deserve 5 star , the service is far better than other companies, and the delivery time was impressive, i am definitely being there regular customer.

For several years, I've relied on Surf&Turf Instant shelters through all kinds of weather while competing in Motocross. The personalized gazebos not only enhance our team's visibility but also help us make a strong impression at the events. Their after-sales support and customer care are top-notch. If you’re in the market for a premium printed gazebo, I wholeheartedly endorse them.

Surf & Turf were extremely accommodating and helpful. We gave them a short lead time, and they met it. Ben was really good at ensuring the proofs were correct. We even got our items shipped and delivered earlier than expected!

Excellent communications and speedy service. Rare these days!

Amanda Ludlam at SurfTurf delivered truly outstanding customer support. I placed my order on Monday and was amazed to receive it by Wednesday. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and exceeded every expectation. Amanda’s professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference.
A solid 10 out of 10 — you’ve earned a lifelong customer!

Purchased the robusta gazebo as the website said it protects from all elements. On Saturday I had a party, it was leaking everywhere. Customer services are disputing telling me it’s condensation. It’s definitely not it was dripping everywhere. Avoid!

The team at Surf & Turf were so helpful in guiding me to refine and decide the design of my Banner. They also made sure that I received the banner in time for the event that I wanted it for. I could not have asked for more. I am so pleased.

Our company recently was exhibiting at the NEC for 9 days at the MCL show with our Zerofit brand. We arrived on the Wednesday to set up and unfortunately the backdrop for the lightbox was produced with the blackout backing so the light did not shine thru properly. We immediately contacted Laura and explained what had happened. Surf and Turf didn't argue and accepted an error had been made, they turned around replacements the next day and shipped them to us arriving Friday just in time for the start of our show on Saturday. Every company makes mistakes from time to time but its how they deal with them and sort them out that defines the good ones. We have used Surf and Turf for 2 years now, the quality of their product is superb and this service only just confirms we will not be going anywhere else for exhibition equipment.

Surf and Turf were amazing from start to finish. I needed a sky banner for my stall with a very quick turnaround for a Christmas market, and as soon as I submitted the design their team produced the proof the same day. I’m receiving my banner along with the gazebo weights today! Thank you, Ben, for your assistance in making this happen. I can’t recommend them enough.

With two days to go before what I hope will be a very busy Christmas market I discovered that festive mice had been snacking on my gazebo. Because it was - ahem - a cheaper one from a different company, no spare parts were available, so I decided that this was a sign from something omnipotent to invest in a better, sturdier, replacement. Market traders had told me before that this was the gold standard for durable, strong gazebos, so I took the plunge. The team were fantastic and arranged for expedited delivery and I've just taken delivery this morning - with a day to spare! This new gazebo is incredibly sturdy, well made, and is about a thousand times better than the old one. I purchased the water weights as well, and these appear brilliant. So thank you, Surf & Turf team, you've saved my festive bacon!

From the discussions about the design, to quotes, proofs and exceptionally fast turnaround times. All first class service.

My flag and banner for soundbath sessions on the beach, really look professional and people can always see me.

Thank you so much, I'd definitely purchase again.

I recently received my order for Canopro lite pop-up gazebo. Service has been great I’ve had a few emails back-and-forth discussing what was the right option once I confirmed exactly which one we required it was posted out and we received it the next day.

The following weekend we used it for our first pop-up find it very easy to set up and very impressed with the quality. The hexagonal legs mix structure strong, ideal for breezy days sending it up was quick and easy can be done with one person but ideally two if it is breezy even though this was the light version, it is still quite heavy but easy to transport as the storage bag has wheels.

All in all, I’m very pleased this product and the Service
