Hi Rob,
Thank you for your feedback and for being such a loyal customer over the years, we really do appreciate it. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused on this occasion, especially with the additional cost of hiring an awning for the weekend.
Just to clarify, our lead time for the larger gazebos, including 6x4m and 8x4m, is 3–5 working days. This is due to their size and weight, which means they need to be sent via a speciality courier rather than our standard service. We do our best to ensure everything arrives as quickly as possible, and I can see that your order did arrive within this time window.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts, and for your continued support. If there’s anything we can do to help going forward, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Absolutely Fantastic
Every single part of my experience with Surf & Turf was amazing! From the initial order to the setup and first outing with my 3 x 3 gazebo.
I'd like to give a special mention to Leanne, who managed to source me a discontinued product against all odds and was extremely punctual with updates and clarifying any issues i had. What a brilliant member of the team she is!
The gazebo itself is of very high quality and I highly recommend using Surf & Turf if you're looking for robust, long-lasting products.
It's great to see there are still businesses that care about customer service and are willing to go the extra mile.
what a fab brand!

Quality and design are amazing, delivery wasn't up to spec.
The only reason it isn't 5 star is because our new canopy for some reason went to India, so it was delayed in getting to us. We had hoped to use them for our 100th events but they arrived too late.
The canopy looks amazing and we are very happy with it.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with how the canopy looks!
We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivery. Unfortunately we do rely on 3rd party couriers and due to their error, your order was unfortunately misrouted to India. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been not to have it in time for your 100th event, and we’re very sorry for that inconvenience.
Your patience and understanding mean a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your support. If there’s ever anything we can assist you with in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Wishing you continued success with your upcoming events!

So far happy with the product
So far very happy with the product, however the Assembly instructions for my particular model were not readily available, so some adaptation required. Also worth pointing our that if erecting on decorative pavers, the feet can scratch the solid surface on erection - that easily requires 4 people. Cover also very tight to frame.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you so much for your kind words -we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the product overall!
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about the assembly instructions. We’re sorry to hear they weren’t readily available for your specific model and that you had to make some adaptations during installation. This is something that we are currently working on and will soon be available for all of the different gazebo models and sizes.
The canopy fitting tightly is intentional to ensure a secure and weather-resistant finish once installed, we understand it can make fitting a little more difficult but this will ease up after the first couple of uses
Thanks again for your constructive feedback, it really helps us improve. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Fantastic and friendly all round service
I'm not one to normally leave reviews but just want to express my thanks to Laura and the team who went above and beyond. Laura from the initial enquiry was very friendly and helpful offering advice and guidance on the correct gazebo that would meet the requirements I was after for my construction company gazebo. Communication was great throughout and Laura and the team went above an beyond to meet a very tight deadline producing and getting the gazebo branded. Thank you once again!
