Come over to them after tears in my gaps gazebo roofs and Velcro poor quality wall panels. Surf n turf better quality, heavier material and stronger.

2-3 delivery is a joke!! Still waiting week later.
Ordered on 21st July for some spare parts for their broken gazebo; it is now the 28th July, and the order has not even left the depot yet.
Website states 2-3 working days for delivery. Yet not left the warehouse yet?

What a great find
What a great find. A new business for me, who have truly excellent quality products and as important, a great team supporting the sale, super fast shipping, queries and extra zip panel I needed ( special thanks to Leanne). I will never source a gazebo anywhere else. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality that will last. My Canopro Elite in silver works perfectly in my garden. 3m x3m, I put up by myself, yes 2 people would have been easier. Intuitive product and set up. Look online for a video to guide you as needed. A no regrets purchase that will last a very long time through all seasons.

I am a director of a local sports club…
I am a director of a local sports club and was looking for a branded gazebo and flags for promotional and recruitment events. We need an affordable option that didn't translate into poor specification or quality.
I sounded out my local business community and 5 companies were recommended, including Surf & Turf. When we began exploring specifications and pricing one Surf & Turf options stood out combining a branded gazebo, branded back wall and two 3.5 flags.
We weren't sure and trusted the team to support us, and they were simply fantastic. We shared high res design images and they did the rest. They turned the order around within 2 weeks against a hard stop for our town's festival. The quality of the product is nuts in terms of design and build and the service experience was exceptional.
I rehearsed putting up the the gazebo and taking it back down again and could do both alone in under 10 mins.
It is rare you meet a small company that is this well run, led with a passion for their service and their product.
Genuinely top banana.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered package 6 off their site, when it came, I had another businesses roof and missing a side wall and my banner.
Called them up and was called a liar multiple times by a female advisor and female manager. Shouted at for telling them they are wrong. Saying I hadn’t paid for 4 walls when their package includes it and all the proofs of artwork had 4 walls. Took ages to get the additional stuff.
Told me to use the other businesses roof at my event which I was at when setting up and realised the error so lost a day trading. Tried to sort something out with them and they just ignore you. I would use gala tent next time for sure
Now working with my insurance to claim back loss of earnings against them due to them not will to come up with a solution. Luckily I had an email from them accepting all liability.
The below reply states they didn’t call me a liar, a female manager was shouting at me down the phone saying I hadn’t ordered 4 sides after her staff member told her I hadn’t, even though I ordered there pre made package with 4 sides. There staff member got upset because she realised all her mistakes and that I wasn’t lying so played the victim. So let’s call a spade a spade. Don’t worry you will be hearing from us legally.
The reason you say you are going above and beyond to offer a free flag is because you know how much of a bad mistake the agent and manager made

Thank you for your review, Ben.
We're sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied, however we feel it's important that we address some inaccuracies here for the benefit of other customers reading this.
You are correct that there was a warehouse picking error on your order, and we take full responsibility for that. We apologised unreservedly at the time and acted promptly to resolve it. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you complimentary branded products free of charge an offer that goes well above our standard obligations.
We do need to address your claim that you were "called a liar multiple times" this is categorically untrue. What we cannot allow to go unchallenged is the suggestion that our team behaved unprofessionally, when in fact the conduct during your calls caused significant distress to a member of our staff.
We genuinely regret the inconvenience the fulfilment error caused you, and we acted in good faith throughout to put things right. We wish you well.
