Fraud company the charge extra money the charged me extra for the ticket the charged me an extra agent fee of 467CAD

Really bad experience. The price they showed at first was much cheaper than what I ended up paying. After I booked, I didn’t get any confirmation for a long time, and it was super hard to reach their them. When I finally spoke to someone, they weren’t helpful at all and kind of rude. On top of that, they messed up my flight details and I had to spend more money to fix it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Stay away if you don’t want stress.

Excellent service by Rajan deep Singh and Tisha. Very much satisfied with the behaviour and service of staff members named above. I have been using their services for the last 3 years and highly recommended to have their service.

Worst experience of all time. Will never comeback to Surffares. I had to pay almost additional $1000 on my flight for add ons. Lots of missing information by Rohit. If I call back for queries, nobody attend me properly. They book the basic fare flight always to show the customer that we booked cheap flight but it bothered me twice. Because i had to pay for bags at the airport and they didn't even inform me. It happened on domestic and international flight as well. You guys lose one customer now. 👍
