I used the good old fashioned ‘ telephone ‘ ….. some may not remember these ? However ….. after only a very short and informative ‘ press 1…. Press 2, I immediatly got to speak to a very polite , informative help person . Was able to conduct my whole transaction this way .

Whilst my email query was addressed, trying to speak to an agent was impossible.
Multiple attempts to call were never picked up. This was exasperating.
In this digital age, speaking with someone provides customer reassurance, rather than relying on the customer service agent to get back when it’s convenient for them.
