Moving day turned into a disaster. The movers had the wrong inventory list, resulting in them refusing to move half of my items. After a lengthy dispute, I ended up loading the remaining items onto the van myself. Sadly, some of my plants were damaged during the move, and we were left exhausted. I reported the issue to their office during and after the move, but to date, there has been no response. This has been my worst moving experience, especially on such a busy day. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company to prevent similar troubles.

Inventory List Update:
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I updated the inventory list six days before the move, providing ample time for your team to make the necessary adjustments. (The crew claimed they only received the quote one day ahead.) Using an outdated inventory list on the moving day, which led to the crew's confusion, was a significant oversight on your part. It's crucial to emphasize that I submitted the updated list well in advance, and the office should have had access to the correct information in a timely manner. This was not merely a "lengthy dispute"; it was a careless human mistake on your company's part that impacted the entire moving process.

Refusal to Move Items:
On the moving day, I did experience a significant issue when the crew refused to move certain items listed in the updated inventory. I raised this issue with your office, but I never received any response or assistance from the office or the crew. Consequently, I had to move many items myself, not by choice but out of necessity, as I had a commitment to return the flat to the landlord the following day. This put me in a very difficult position and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging day. I believe this situation was a result of poor management from your office, which failed to ensure that the crew had the correct information.

Service Duration:
I understand that the service was initially booked for 10 am, and the van arrived at 10:10, but it is important to note that the service concluded at 12:10, which was exactly 2 hours as specified in my booking. The quote stated that extra time would be charged if the service exceeded the quoted time. However, in my case, this did not apply, as the service was completed within the quoted time. Therefore, I believe that my concerns about the duration of the service are valid and warranted.

Customer Service:
I'd like to clarify that my dissatisfaction was not primarily about the compensation but rather about the disrespectful attitude I encountered in the after-sales service. I believe that any responsible customer service role should prioritize listening to and addressing customer concerns, especially when there were clear issues with the moving process, due to the careless paperwork and a lack of response from your team. I did not raise the issue lightly, and I did so out of genuine frustration with the service provided. It's essential that your company acknowledges its mistakes, takes responsibility for them, and offers a reasonable resolution rather than blaming the customer for highlighting the problems. This kind of response sets a negative example for a customer service role and leaves customers feeling unheard and dissatisfied.

In conclusion, I hope you can understand the frustration I experienced during the move and consider these points for a fair assessment of my review. I believe that acknowledging and addressing these concerns would go a long way in improving your services and maintaining a positive relationship with your customers.

Silviu & Armando were very efficient & arrived on time. 

- they moved everything straight away with no resistance. 

- wardrobe was unable to go out so they suggested to dismantle. While i dismantle it they were patient enough to carry other stuff down. 

- on time arrival at destination and quickly placed all items based on choice of rooms. 

Overall very happy with the service. Couple of years ago i received same service hence I got back to Sure removals this time.

From the efficient video assessment, to the quick quote, to the brilliantly speedy emptying of our old house, this was a slick operation. James, Mike and Ali were friendly and polite but also great at their jobs, getting us packed up and on the road in no time.

We were impressed by the first home visit by Mr Marian and we decided to go ahead with Sure removals because of the way he planned the removals. On the day of removals Mr Saulius, James and Dima has done an excellent job by carefully handling all our belongings from old house to new one. They even respected our adivce of keeping their shoes off when stepped in to the newly laid carpets.
Excellent service by the company and I would recommend Sure removals any one.

Marius and Robert are wonderful, efficient removal men. Nothing was too much trouble, they even positioned all the bedroom furniture perfectly. I didn’t need to move a thing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to move.

Would highly recommend Sure Removals. Excellent customer service from Hussein and Liam, always very quick and responsive to any questions. The team helped us move twice and both times were very quick and efficient and reassembled all our furniture too. We made it through both moves without one breakage, no mean feat! They were also v good value compared to other quotes we received.

James and Dima had a complex task of moving 2 antiques to the south coast including a lot of stairs, lifting and driving. They were impeccably professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. The dream team for sure!

I hadn't used a removals company before so was sceptical who to trust. However the service from start to finish with Sure Removals was excellent.
