I cannot fault the service that Arunas, Marius and Dima provided. They worked so hard and were flexible. They even made us smile when they were placing my flower pots in the garden in an artisitic fashion. Would certainly use this company again.

After a very complicated sale/purchase we were given 3 days notice of our exchange/completion date. We rang Liam who had given us a very competitive quote 2 months earlier!! He told us that they could do it, despite being last minute. He very calmly said we could expect the packers on Monday morning at 9.00. Paul and Ali arrived promptly, set about their expert packing of our kitchen stuff and 107 pictures!! refusing any offer of coffee or tea. They were finished by 11.30.
The next day Marius, Robert and Marian arrived promptly at 9.00, and again were finished by 11.30 including moving a treasured jukebox, in the pouring rain. Because there was a long delay, we didn't complete till much later in the day. The three guys were extremely patient and were friendly and polite.
We couldn't have wished for 5 better removal men. Liam orchestrated the whole thing with professionalism and really cared that we were pleased with the service. We would definitely recommend Sure Removals.

Competitive pricing and great service: Liam was amazing arranging the move (so was Hussien in Liam's absence). I'd rung around several companies and felt by far the best with Sure, I was able to select what best worked for my timing and budget, very responsive when I had follow up questions. On the day, Silviu, George and Armando were incredibly efficient while giving good advice on some tricky items and keeping up good cheer. Honestly the least stressful move I ever had.

The move went really well and Sofian and Keith, our movers, were great.

They were polite, professional and courteous and it was a pleasure having them help us through the move. It really was stress free and there were no concerns or issues before, during or after. They took care of our belongings, packed with care, labelled everything and ensured things were organised properly at the new destination.

Collecting the boxes when we've unpacked is also great.

Sure Removals provided a great service. Liam was very responsive. We did the video survey. We needed more boxes which were supplied quickly. Silviu and Armando were careful, polite, took shoes off and did great job of packing the lorry. Good value for money versus other companies too

Sofian and Keith were brilliant. Everything went smoothly. And communicate with Liam was great too.

Excellent experience from the start to the end. Booking process was seamless. Paul and Ali were very professional and efficient, they have arrived on time and did not waste anytime to load the boxes and take them to the storage. I definitely will seek their service on my next move.

Sure Removals were flexible when our requirements changed. The removal was handled efficiently, carefully and effectively. Emilian, Alex, Paul, Ali and Sofian had to move our belongings from storage and our apartment. They arrived on time worked rapidly but with care and good humour.

The removal guys that came round (Bart and Mirek) were super friendly, professional and made it look easy (like they do this all the time 😀), they went above and beyond what was expected. Highly recommend

Had a great experience with Sure Removals from the customer service booking with Hussein, to the three guys that helped us move on the day (Stefan, Paul and Ali).

Also found the cost very competitive.

They kept us updated throughout the day on how things were progressing with the move and were very careful with the moving in and moving out process.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Hussien. I explained the situation which was moving many of the items in my mothers home to storage as she lived in a council home but is now in a nursing home for her remaining time.
I didn’t have a fixed date as I needed to wait for a confirmed start date for mum’s new service and Hussien ensured that this was never an issue and just wanted to make sure everything was OK for me as mum’s home is a fair way from my home.
Although we had completed much of the packing we had a few items still to be packed up sensitively and a pay per box service was set up, which actually saved me a fair amount of money.
On the day I met the team at my mum’s at 8am. Silviu called to say they were outside - there was a 50m communal green space in front of the first floor house so parking was quite a walk away.
Silviu, Cristian and Ion introduced themselves, were kind, courteous, understanding of my situation and ultimate professionals. Treating all the items with care and ensuring everything was packed up safely.
I was so impressed at just how much they could physically pick up and move and the majority of the content of a 3 bedroom house was in the van and on the road in an hour and three quarters.
A few hours later I met the guys at the storage unit where it took just under an hour to pack everything away perfectly. The number of boxes packed by them was agreed and Hussein called and I paid for the service there and then so that the whole transaction was complete.
I can’t recommend Sure Removals highly enough and will absolutely use them again without hesitation.
