I used this company and I highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and smoother experience from a removals company. This team were so very professional, friendly and and super quick. Such a great experience - the move was done nice and quick! Thank you Mario, Marian and Robert!

I have employed Sure Removals three times for three separate home removal services. On every occasion, the removalists were reliable and hardworking, getting to the location on time, listening to what was needed, and fulfilling the brief speedily and carefully. Highly recommend this outstanding company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I booked this company after a video consultation with Luke who has now left the company, he was helpful and re-assuring. As a recent divorcee it was important that I could trust them to be professional. This was far from what I have experienced.
The contents of my 4 bedroomed house were being taken into storage with them, whilst my house sale went through.
The packers who arrived didn’t wrap any paintings, or protect furniture with cardboard and they left one drawer full of kitchen equipment behind.
I found the lack of consideration for the items whilst packing very stressful and they asked if they could ‘break up’ one of my pieces as it wouldn’t fit into their van! This was the final item to pack and after a stressful day, I agreed, however they only broke the door off, but then left the large wardrobe outside where I was quoted £200 for someone to come and take it away! Sure removals agreed to come and pick it up the following day but I have had to pay to get the door re-hung.
After my belongings had gone into storage I had to locate an item in the storage facility, to my horror there was no telephone or email response from the company, which had the entire contents of my home!! To say I was alarmed was an understatement….I drove to the facility, located via google to find only the ‘transport manager’, or that’s what he called himself who was unhelpful and didn’t know why the phones were not working. He did manage to locate my items but without help I couldn’t find the item I needed. It took me another month to get the item from the facility and required me going there once again and locating it myself.
When I finally moved into my new property my ViSprung mattress was returned soaking wet on one side, as it had not been wrapped in plastic. My dining table came into the property broken, which they attempted to fix for it only to collapse a few days later causing irreparable damage. Both items are worth over £2,500.00. I was sent an insurance form to fill in from Saulius and Helen @ Simply Storage, who bill for the storage, over a month ago but have heard nothing from them at all, in spite of me emailing and trying to phone, the phone appears to be disconnected.
Consider, very carefully using this ‘company,’ a term I use very lightly! If I do hear from them regarding my insurance claim and I receive money owed to replace the items I lost, I will post this on Trustpilot but for now I will say again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I’ve been let down by sure removals I booked them well in advance and specifically requested Saulius and Helen assured me the team was reserved, and I paid the deposit, which was meant to be £500 but they wanted £1000 so they could confirm the booking. However, after we paid the deposit the sale of our house fell through so we asked for the deposit to be returned that has now been 4 months and we are still awaiting payment. They are now not responding to emails or phone calls so beware this looks more like a scam than a service in my opinion

I’ve been let down by Sure Removals. Based on my positive previous experience, I booked them well in advance and specifically requested the same team as my last move. Saulius and Helen assured me the team was reserved, and I paid the deposit, receiving confirmation of the booking. However, on the moving day, they failed to show up and have since stopped responding to my calls and emails about a refund. It seems there has been a change in personnel over the past six months, which likely explains the decline in service quality.

Amazing. Steve, Ian and the team were great. They communicated well when generating the intial quote and letting me know when they were on route. They were amazingly friendly and polite. Finally they handled my items with care to ensure no damage or breakages (which I have experienced prior with Anyvan). No complaints, just a massive thanks.

Unfortunately some of my items were not packed properly (glass items packed in boxes without any bubble wrap or any other other protective material).

I appreciate that these things can happen in a move, but the issue was that, once the job was completed and they had been paid, Sure Removals stopped responding to me at all about the damaged goods. Their policy states that they offer compensation where they cause damage, but that is not the case in practice.

Really terrible customer service.

The bookings team seemed very professional and helped me get a quote arranged promptly. Unfortunately the removals service itself was poor. The number of movers that I paid for didn’t turn up, they caused damage to a skirting board at the collection property, and they damaged the front door, internal doors, internal walls, ceilings, bannister and carpet at the delivery property. I paid extra for disassembly and reassembly of furniture, but they caused damage to my bed and reassembled in incorrectly (with multiple missing parts), and assembled the wardrobe in a place other than that which we asked (and then just said it was too heavy to move when we asked). The delivery property was also left smelling of cigarettes (although they didn’t smoke inside the rooms).

We were super pleased with our experience, Helen and Kieron at the office were lovely to deal with and answered all of our questions. On the day itself Marius and Julian were absolute stars, couldn't ask for better. They were super friendly, professional and polite. It really helped that they are so experienced and knew to go ahead and get a great spot outside the door while we waited around to get the keys. For a stressful day the moving side of things was an absolute breeze. Thank you so much guys!

Everything went really well on the move date. The team (Cosmin and Andrei) were flexible and helpful, making sure everything was safely moved to our new home.

Sure Removals came to our rescue when the removal company we initially wanting to hire couldn’t fulfill our move. We spoke with Kieron and Liam from their office, and Kieron was incredibly helpful, reassuring us that everything would be okay.

On our moving day, July 30th, their team—Emilian, George, Radu, Emil, Sofian, and Keith—were not only professional and friendly but also made the experience enjoyable. It felt like having friends help us move. Despite having to wait about two hours for completion in 30-degree heat, they didn’t complain once. They even offered us drinks (even though we had prepared some lol), which was a lovely gesture.

****Highly recommended. If you’re considering hiring them, be honest and upfront about what you need to move so everything can be planned properly. Don’t hide any information or understate the number of items to save money, as it will only cause unnecessary stress later.

unfortunately, i have to leave a one star review, even though the two removal men worked very hard, they damaged my £2000 TV, broke my adjustable bed and scratched my new wooden floor. I moved less then 1 mile away and it took the two removal men 9 hours to complete the move, I noticed a few times the removal men along with the their van would disappear, one time they disappeared for an hour to get petrol, the next day the boss from sure removals emailed me, demanding another £200 ontop of the £600 we already paio to move less then one mile away. i would not recommended sure Removals’s

Sure Removals is great removal company if you have more expensive furniture to move as per their terms and conditions if you declare the value of items costing over £500 it will be given more protection with their insurance company (Read the Terms and Conditions!) unlike other removal companies I found. The removing guys were very very good they dissembled and assembled all our items very quickly and move everything efficiently. There were 4 guys booked and 4 guys turned up. The booking team was very professional when you talk to them on the phone. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was because I am guessing with the overload the booking guys have to deal with, they take awhile to answer emails and to update you of any changes. For Example, in my case the guys were booked to arrive from 09:00 – 12:00 however they ended up turning up at 14:30 due to a previous job and I was not updated that the removal guys are going to do a job before our one. This was not a big issue for us but if you need to exchange properties these times can be critical for other people.

Liam in the office helpfully talked us through the process and provided a full quote after a video call.

On the day of the move Bart, Mirek, Marius x2 and Julian arrived just before the agreed time, took a look at the packing to be done and got to work. They were friendly and helpful and quickly had us packed up and ready to relocate. They also helped us to collect some items from storage which were included in the quote.

We arranged to call them once we had collected the keys and they were back with us unloading into the rooms requested.

Really pleased with the process and service which helped to put us at ease on moving day. Highly recommended .

My experience was Sure Removal was exceptionally well. From booking the move to completion the move was effortless. Andrew and Luca helped me over 2 days with the cross country move - both are professional and very calm personalities who made sure every small details are taken care of. I would highly recommend Sure Removals for the rare combination of professionalism, reliability and compelling service rate!

Sure removals made our house move so much easier and stress free than I had ever imagined.
Liam was very helpful on the video survey call. Our move wasn’t straight forward but he took it all in his stride, was very pragmatic, helpful and flexible. Nothing was too much bother. Unlike some other companies who quoted for us, who only seemed to see problems with our move, Liam had a very can do attitude and made the booking process very easy. They also came in with the best price.
On the day Marius, Julian and Paul were punctual, polite and just got on with it. Nothing was an issue and they dismantled, moved and reassembled our items way quicker than we imagined. That allowed us to focus on other parts of the move and made it a lot less stressful that it could have been. We are doing a renovation project on the house we’ve moved into so will be moving twice again in the next couple of years and we will definitely be using Sure again. They were brilliant! Thank you

A professional job from first contact to completion of the move. Hussien was very helpful in the booking process with a whatsapp video call to see exactly what needed moving.
The movers, Silviu, Armando, Emilian and Radu, were on time and packed the house up quickly and efficiently unloaded at the new place.

Great customer service from start to finish. Easy to communicate with via email and telephone. On the day drivers Marius and Julian were fantastic. Had a great positive attitude and took the stress of moving day away.

Paul, Bart and Mirek were very efficient, polite and careful. Turned up on time and worked hard. Liam also great at communication leading up to the move. Thanks Sure Removals for doing a great job
