I had a great experience with this company. By mistake, I put the wrong address for my package to be delivered, and as soon as I contacted customer service, I got in touch with Alice, and she helped me with everything. I got it within three days.

Ordered wrong item but great customer service!
The product was delivered quickly! Packaging was great; safe and secure. I actually had ordered the wrong product. The shipping was so quick that I didn’t have enough time to cancel and order the correct machine. I worked with Alice, the customer service representative, and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. I was worried about the refund but the refund came back just as quick. The 30K 5 In 1 S Shape Cavitation Body Sculpting Machine With 160MW Laser that I purchase works wonderfully. Totally what I was expecting.
