We purchased a set of Ratten furniture which all broke apart. The set was just over two years old and Newbank said it could not be replaced. We contacted Supremo direct and dealt with Rachael Stone who was brilliant. She agreed that the furniture should not be coming apart after such a short period of time. She arranged for the furniture to be replaced and we are now very happy with the new set.

I needed a replacement part for my garden table, the
plastic sleeve had broken. Sent an e.mail to Supremo
who phoned me the next morning. A very pleasant
woman said she was sorry too hear about it and she
would put a replacement in the post. Got it two days
later. Absolutely the best after sales service ever.

Purchased a parasol from a local garden centre which had a fault. They had no more in stock so contacted Supremo. They were amazing. Immediately shipped a replacement no questions asked. Cannot fault them on their customer service. Putting the customer first is a rare thing these days but they have done just that. Thank you so much.

A big shout out to Emma from Supremo. We purchased a wall mounted parasol which, unfortunately, was defective. Emma was our first point of contact and throughout the replacement of our parasol. She kept us updated as to what was happening and liaised with the courier when there was a delivery glitch. Very happy to give 5 stars.

Purchased a parasol from a garden centre and found that parts were missing. Contacted Supremo Customer Service - replacement parts despatched quickly, with no fuss. How refreshing.

I had a broken tilt and crank umbrella which I have seen numerous examples of in the local recycle centre. However an e-mail to Supremo and an almost instant reply, followed by a chat with Sharon Bailey and I was offered a repair kit. A very reasonable price and 2 instruction videos mean that with prompt arrival, the umbrella was repaired within an hour of receiving the kit and 3 days after contacting Supremo. Thank you Sharon you are a credit to the company.

Brilliant customer service. Purchased a cantilever parasol from a garden centre end of last summer (so not had much use) slight problem with it when put up last week. Garden centre not helpful but Emma in customer service at Supremo came through for us. So our Koi will be very great full.

We needed a new roof canopy for our Supremo gazebo and had tried locally to source one but no luck so as a last resort I contacted Supremo and was immediately in contact with Sharon who has gone over and above normal customer service to sort out the problem. I have been kept fully informed at every stage with the purchase and dispatch of the item. 5 star plus service.

We inherited a Supremo parasol on moving house and had some queries about managing it. Emma was very helpful and was able to supply a pdf of a manual with the offer of further help if needed.
This shows that the company has a long term commitment to its products since there was no profit for the company here. Great product as well, by the way.

What fantastic customer service from Supremo ! We bought two Melbury Lounge sets last year unfortunately the arms on all chairs faded very quickly . Polywood is supposed to be fade proof. Problem is the set is in direct sunlight which does not help . Emma in customer services was very understanding and after providing proof of purchase and photos agreed that it needed addressing . The replacement arms sent by Emma arrived within two days !! Amazing service . Thank you .

Fantastic Aftersales had a small problem with a waterproof liner in cushion storage box . Had lost receipt but they accepted bank statements and replaced item FOC . My initial enquiry was for info how to source replacement. Great products brilliant customer care people would strongly reccomend

I bought a Supremo wall mounted parasol on line last year.
Recently the product developed a fault and was not safe to use.
I contacted Supremo directly and Sharon in customer services dealt with the problem in a pleasant and professional manner and the matter was very quickly resolved.
F rom this experience alone I would not hesitate to recommend their products and their service has been second to none.

Brilliant after sales service from the team. I wanted replacement patio chair ferules and a new table center part to secure the parasol with lazy Susan and contacted supremo via email not thinking I'd get a prompt response and both were supplied and received within days.
