Supertravel Anmeldelser

Supertravel have been absolutely fantastic holding our hand, taking the initiative and sorting the logistical and financial mayhem caused to out travel plans by the pandemic. A big thanks in particular to Ed Terre!

Have received a full refund of my cancelled holiday to Portugal.

The team at Supertravel kept me informed and the refund came through in timescale advised and I have to say under the circumstances this was excellent service in very difficult circumstances.

Yes we all have to have a degree of patience and understanding but also appreciate the huge difficulties faced by an industry that, very much like the country, that has been brought to its knees.

Do not forget the people on the other end of the phone are also going through these difficult times.

Well done Supertravel

I have been working closely with Edward Terre at Supertravel Golf for many years as I organise golf trips for friends and family to overseas locations - Ed has handled my groups ranging from 4 to 20 golfers and without exception has absolutely delivered on every occasion. Supertravel are efficient and well organised and are always happy to help. The attention to detail is excellent and during this time (C-19) when I had a large group heading overseas in March which was cancelled Ed kept me informed every step of the way to achieving refunds for the hotel and golf and a voucher for the flights which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you Ed and Supertravel, its a great team led by very capable and competent individuals who do what they say they will do and I would 100% recommend them.

We are a group of 8 keen golfers and have booked our golf trips with Guy for the last 7 years. Sadly our trip to Italy in May had to be cancelled and Guy has sorted out a total refund with no delay.
Many thanks to all at Supertravel and as always an excellent service and a pleasure to book with.
Will be straight back to book another trip when we are allowed to travel again.

Or group were travelling to Naples at end of March, and when it was clear that the trip was going to be cancelled,Ed got onto each of us to advise that the full cost would be reimbursed. He kept in contact to tell us the process and we have been repaid in full. Brilliant service - thank you.
Well done Supertravel!

We booked a 2 week trip to Abama in April which obviously did not proceed. Edward Terre actually initiated contact to find out our intentions and we asked for a refund given all the uncertainties at present. This was accepted and the refund duly processed being honoured in a thoroughly professional manner.
We have used Supertravel a lot and can’t wait to use them again in normal times.

We were kept well informed throughout our booking.
The Hotel and Golf Course were first class.
We were reassured re our flights home during the Coronavirus situation.
We would certainly recommend Supertravel Golf to everyone.

Excellent service, care and knowledgeable. Well done. Will be back again. Highly recommended.

Just back from a great golfing holiday in Tenerife staying at the fabulous Hotel Las Madrigueras. Lee organised our holiday at fairly short notice and all went to plan with excellent arrangements for our golf on what proved to be a challenging course.
The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Staff very friendly, food excellent, rooms very comfortable and lovely pool and garden surrounds.

Golf in Tenerife was excellent, windy but wonderful sun (totally unlike UK that week!). Four great courses, del Sur, Amarilla, Costa Adeje, las Americas.
Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel disappointing but that was my fault in pushing the budget down.

Super travel arranged our holiday in Fuerventura and even recommended the Elba Palace Hotel to us. Very helpful in booking flights., and tee times for golf. Would definitely use this company again

we have used Supertravel golf now for the past 5 or 6 years now and have no complaints whatsoever. best part is even when you are away and have a query they are always ready to help at the end of the phone. Great company there should be more like them

Once again Guy Brown provided us with our holiday arrangements and again all was very well organised and processed. we have used Supertravel Golf for 7 years and have always had a great service .

Lee at Supertravel was excellent from first contact, he always responded very promptly and found the tailored solution that we wanted. In addition, all the "on the ground" requirements were very efficient. It was interesting to meet another satisfied couple who had previously used Supertravel and mentioned Lee by name...….

Guy Brown at Supertravel has organised a fair number of fantastic golfing holidays for us over the years and we have always been impressed by the attention to detail, prompt service and knowledge he has provided to help us arrange a package that really works.
Many thanks !!

Another excellent holiday arranged through Supertravel Golf. I have been using this operator for 14 years and have had many golf holidays over this time and would recommend to anyone looking for high end quality golf holidays. Knowledgable and helpful staff with a wealth of knowledge to help you make the right choice for your individual requirements.

WE have used several 'golf holiday travel companies' over the last few years but Supertravel is head and shoulders above the rest. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely use them for our next golf trip.
I was a bit worried when I received a phone call from Guy the day before we were due to leave thinking 'Oh no what's wrong' but it was just to check that we had everything we wanted and to wish us a good holiday.

Booked golf holiday for 4 in Mauritius. Had friends wanting to join us and they were added smoothly. Mark dealt with all questions and requests smoothly and efficiently, including 1 couple having to cancel for medical reasons. The holiday went to plan and was fantastic. Second time we have travelled to Mauritius using Supertravel and would certainly use them again.

Would have put ten stars but it only goes up to five! Have used Supertravel several times and have never been disappointed. Mark, in particular, has been courteous, helpful and has spent hours sourcing good deals for us, this last time in Turkey. Cannot recommend the company enough and will definitely be using them in the future. Well done all round. Thank you.
