Straight forward process.
All went smoothly.

A very knowledgeable gentleman who actually said that he didn’t even know why we had to have the report ! As it was obvious there was no asbestos in the property !!!

Easy to deal with. Thorough report. Happy overall

Great service, good value and efficient

I’ve used Supernova Asbestos Survey Company on several occasions now, and every experience has been excellent. Their team is professional, reliable, and always provides a prompt, efficient service. Communication is clear throughout, and the reports are thorough and delivered quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an asbestos survey. Great service every time!

Quick response - from quote to report is within 1 week. The quote breakdown and the report are accessible.

We had a ln asbestos survey done on our 1950s bungalow. The guy who came out was professional and very tidy after he took samples, insuring the taken area was covered with the correct covering.
The report was sent via email and it was reassuring to know the areas with asbestos was very low.

Excellent customer service good value for money. The team turned up on time to complete the sampling and we had the report back in 72 hours

We got few properties done by them we are very much satisfied about their service and approach

We will definitely recommend them they are top of the range and economically well

Flawless from start to finish, booked on the Friday for a fire assessment and asbestos report and they arrived the next Wednesday with both reports back in 2 days by that Friday.

Ryan was incredibly friendly, down to earth, genuine and arrived on time.

The price for both assessments was the same as other companies just for the 1.

As someone who knows little about asbestos surveys, I found this business helpful in the planning of the survey. From setting the survey date to receiving the final report, it all happened in a timely way.
The report was understandable even by a layman like myself.
A good job for a reasonable price, which put my mind at ease in buying a property.

They provide service very quickly

Goldplate and not using guidelines correctly

Very good service , particularly timing and reasonable price.

Really responsive, good amount of reminders, really worked around us as we didn’t own the house yet but wanted it doing before we had bought it :) thank you! Would definitely recommend to anyone !
