What I love most about Superinterface is how fast the team ships new features. You can feel they’re constantly improving and iterating based on real-world use. I’ve seen updates roll out in days that make a huge difference in performance and usability. It’s exciting to see something evolve so quickly. The AI builder is already amazing, and you can tell they’re just scratching the surface. This is the kind of thing where in a few years, I’ll say I had this way back in 2024.

I have a very specific use case I am trying to set up using ChatGPT Assistants. And while there are dozens of companies that claim to be a "front end" for ChatGPT. There are none that I have found that connect to the Assistant API let alone know what it is.

I searched for about 2 weeks, and went through dozens of potential companies, and all of them failed to understand, or even acknowledge the very specific use case of GPT 'Assistants" and the Assistant API.

Then I found Superinterface. It was 100% what I was looking for. And the best part, I managed to do a quick proof of concept of the exact scenario I had been trying, unsuccessfully for a few weeks to get done, and it was done in 5 mins. My Custom Assistant embedded right where I needed it.

That really is the best part. Over the last 15 years I have tested out hundreds of SAAS for various tools and projects, while quickly deciding which will work, and which will not. And with Superinterface, I went from signing up for for a free account, to having my custom Assistant embedded in my learning platform, and WORKING within less than 5 mins. The fact that I had been trying to do this seemingly "simple" thing for 2 weeks without success and Superinterface let me do it in less than 5 mins, WITHOUT opening a line of documentation, or how-to, is incredible. Of course, that means it is really smartly designed and well implemented software.

And the level of depth they allow you to go, with the functions, and chaining assistants together is absolutely incredible. Can't recommend them enough.

Very pleased to have stumbled across SuperInterface after trying a few different solutions.

It was easily the best of the bunch in terms of:

- UI - clean and crisp
- Least bulky and bloated and we felt most likely to be able to scale our business with
- Customizability - especially with the new AI Builder which has save a significant amount of time and meant versus outsourcing many small tweaks to a developer

Also in terms of support they have gone above and beyond and i have confidence they will continue to build this tool to be head and shoulder above anything else out there.

We got to Superinterface after trying integrating with AI Assistant using at least 4 other front end interfaces. While we still had a lot of work on perfecting the responses from AI Assistant and its vector database, we were really pleased with the amazing support and customizations that Superinterface offered us, including several sessions of discussion we had with them.

Really great find in 2024. When I reached out to their support about customizations, they walked me through every step, and been with me until I got it working. Total dedication to customers. Love the new AI editor.
