Brittany was absolutely fantastic
Brittany was absolutely fantastic. she made me feel very comfortable, guiding me through the process of ordering my hair unit. When I receive my first package, I had chose the wrong color. So I called back and with the help of Britney, she helped me choose the perfect color which turned out to be absolutely perfect. She helped locate a stylist. /installer close to where I live. Once I have the unit installed, I couldn’t believe how natural and comfortable the unit was. I love it my only regret as I didn’t do it sooner. One of the best decisions I ever made in my life was choosing super hairpieces.

The toupee's are good
The toupee's are good, they don't last more than 4-5 months and the ones in stock are very thin in the front. If you custom ordered ones take 2 months..crazy!

Besvarelse fra Superhairpieces.com
Thank you for your feedback, mpc. The thinner front on our stock units is designed for a very natural hairline, which can influence their lifespan, and we understand the wait for a custom piece is a considerable time, but as we have to make it from scracth and these piece are handmade, so we need few months for production. Please feel free to contact us directly at sales@superhairpieces.com so we can help find a system, whether stock or custom, that better balances the durability and appearance you're looking for.

Always a great experience and products…
Always a great experience and products are always ready for immediate shipment. When you use walker tape and attach the new unit to the included plastic, an exact knife perfectly cuts the your new shape and take that long hair, attached to your scalp to a good barber and whammo, give your barber a huge tip$35 or so because they'll save you a ton!!! My favorite place to shop, for this kind of thing. The product lasts and lasts m101

1 Year later and still dealing with the same issues
Unfortunately, I've been struggling to get the 2 custom systems I purchased April 2025 to get one cut right & the other one replaced. The systems that was not cut right was totally unmanageable and was sent back at least twice to have it cut correctly, which they never got it right and I've been stuck with it ever since with a terrible cut, which keeps sticking up in the back. That system never set right, no matter how much I fuss with it. The front was either too thick in the front or something else was wrong with it, it would droop down. I finally received a replacement on the other system May 2026 (over a year later), which the base was cut too short. I can't believe after a year of dealing with trying to get it replaced, the replacement unit is ALSO cut too short! I've been wearing the same bad cut system for way too long, it's all oxidized and looking bad. I should have purchased about 5-6 replacement units by now. I'm totally frustrated and out of time to wait for another customer unit. No idea what to do at this point..!

Hello Jay, we’re sorry to hear about your experience, as this is never what we expect for our clients. We followed the instructions you provided and completed the haircut as requested. After that, you mentioned you were not satisfied, and our team was more than happy to help and had the unit sent back for adjustments.
We remade the unit and shared videos with you before sending it again, and you confirmed everything looked good. Unfortunately, as these units are handmade and cut by a stylist, small variations can occur.
We’re sorry we were not able to meet your expectations in this case. Please feel free to reach out to us at sales@superhairpieces.com and our team will be happy to assist you further.

The fact that Superhairpieces is consistent
The fact that Superhairpieces is consistent when you reorder a new system----it is almost identical to the one you already have therefore many people believe it is your real hair that you have because there are no noticeable changes from one system to the other. I also like the fact that the shipment is very fast when ordering.
