Seem to me this is a lot of scammers, bought twice items from them, and receive nothing. No response from customer service.

“Jeans” were not jeans at all but cheap slacks made out of nylon or chiffon. Sized horribly small, no suspenders or even zipper fly, or belt loops; an elastic sweatband, bunched waist with a drawstring. Pants were supposed to be “Vintage Striped Jeans with Detachable Suspenders”. They definitely were not retro or vintage styled. This retailer is a drop shipper from China. Will take at least a month to receive your shoddy low quality items. No response from customer service.

Used this site a fair amount a few years ago and had good experiences. Business changed hands possibly in the meantime. Seemingly outdated stock system as I ordered an item as soon as a new arrivals email came through. Order sat unfulfilled whilst still showing item in stock on site, then a couple days later appeared sold out. Chased order status a couple of times but received no reply until finally told it was out of stock. Given more limited brand range these days and slow customer service, doubt will use again.

Customer service can be slow at giving refunds. Why? Maybe the shop has money issues. If not, then why take days to give a refund.
If I instantly pay for goods, I expect an instant refund, not a week later.

PLUS they do not refund your initial shipping costs, which in the UK is a legal requirement.

May not use this shop again, unless its sale time.

I concur with below reviews, poor customer service. Recently bought a pair of trainers (in their sale), but had real problems with the delivery by DPD. Failed to deliver parcel on arranged day/time slot, had to contact DPD customer services, arrange second delivery and wait in for a second day. I wrote to inform Superdenim of this and got absolutely zero response. Thought it would be useful for them to know their delivery company of choice, let them and their customer down and that they might offer postage refund as compensation (as I can’t claim this as I did not book the courier).

The online store is expensive which is OK, as long as the quality and service are high level too. Unfortunately, this is not the case. After I received an T-Shirt it immediately lost a thread. Over the periode of 4 weeks I tried to get to get a exchange or my money back or any solution. But nothing, they put me off whenever I tried to get in contact with them. In the end I payed roughly 100 USD for a shirt I need to give to a tailor to repair after one time use. I wouldn't order here anymore.

Placed an order on Friday and received an email on the Monday after to say they don't actually have the item I paid for.
Very poor service and a little surprising that a company who seems to sell a lot online don't have any way for their website to know their stock levels!

Superdenim is based in York, England, and has a small sister shop, The Real McCoy's in London. Surprised there is no review of the York branch.

The London Real McCoys is rather small but good. I like the Superdenim Online shop - the staff are very courteous and quick to respond to emails. The package and send orders really quick, even during sale season. Pleasantly surprised since they are one of the good stockists of Engineered Garments and they make ordering easy.

Great service and value - prices are probably better than most in London!
