He was very professional and really knew his stuff. I bought a kit with his expertise and he helped curate it to my exact needs and told me everything I needed to know. I would not trust anyone else. What a GREAT experience! I worked with Miles for a few weeks figuring out which system would work best for my needs and desired outcome. After deciding, I called in my order and spoke with McMahon to purchase. I can tell you this is the most support and best customer service I have ever experienced. I will definitely be continuing to purchase from SuperCloset as well as work with their employees. They send an email stating “Welcome to the Family” and it truly feels like you are part of the family! I’m highly satisfied with my experience and am seriously looking forward to working further with them! The tent was easy to put up and included everything necessary to get it up and rolling.

After the 3-4 week lead time, it took only 6 days to reach me in Montana, i was very happy and impressed with the shipping time. There was some minor damages that occurred durring shipping, but the SuperCloset team gave me a set of options for compensation that are very accomodating. Everything was easy to set up, very great quality. Honestly I have to smile every time I see my new equipment from SuperCloset, its a purchase you can definitely be confident and happy with. I couldnt be more estatic for the next few months of growing!

I bought a superstar closet. Only had it maybe 6 months and the Kind Led Light just stopped working. They referred me to Kind lights to solve the problem. Took a week to get return directions, which you have to take 8 picture of the light, send everything off and wait for a response. Basically 2 months of my time and effort down the drain along with 7 plants. Will never buy anything from super closet again.

Like many I typically do not leave reviews but this is a great company. I am not your typical shopper, I am pretty impulsive so I did my research online and pulled the trigger before talking to anyone. Even without talking to anyone it was clear there was a three week hold on everything before even being shipped out (if you are complaining about slow shipping times there are ample warnings even without talking to a human) i spent those three weeks watching all the videos and getting ready to set up. instructions were awesome with videos and manuals to walk you through step by step. I was missing one daisy chain for my supercloner lights but i had an extra outlet so it was such a small detail i never even reached out. This closet is AMAZING i'm a first time grower and my plants are already looking amazing. If your new to growing this is what you need. it takes all the guess work out of creating a room so you can focus on your plants instead of your equipment!
