SuperCloset have a fantastic product and were tremendous in addressing any customer service questions I have had. Very flexible and easy to deal with and couldn't be happier with my purchase

So after using the systems for about 2 months now, its really not that great. Very difficult training plants to max yield using a superponic. Net trellis is cool and all but u can't do much LST training because of the awkward shape and it's a total waste having 8 grow sites when you can only realistically use 2 or 3 in order for your plant to have space to stretch.

Mcmahon is the man.... I have not physically seen my SuperCloset yet. The level of customer service was phenomenal and I'm in retail so I know good Customer Service. I have no worries that my closet will be as phenomenal as Mcmahon.

I made it to the finish line on my first grow! I just finished drying and putting away my harvest. I opted for the Superponic set-up, instead of soil. Time for the review! The 2'x4' Gorilla tent is the right size for those in urban areas with limited space - and doubles as a drying tent. (Gorilla Tents now have 48" drying rods made for a 48" tent). Easy to set the equipment up and get started. Everything was there, everything worked. The Smart timers, charcoal-filtered exhaust fan and Lotus nutrients make growing easy. The video series is an excellent teaching tool, and Miles was there when I had questions. Tip: the smell of a plant in full bloom and after harvest is a little more than the charcoal can handle (if you have nosy neighbors). Febreze "Intimate Spaces" scents have several options to camouflage the odor, depending on the scent your plants produce. I am proud to be a member of your family. Thank you!

Hi my name is Charles Williams. I purchased my first superbox bck in August. I must say tht, I am highly dissatisfied! First off, my box took 2 months too arrive. When it finally arrived it was missing the fan and hygrometer. On top of tht, the Box was damaged when it arrived. And I am also having trouble downloading the instruction manual for the box, as well as, the smart plug. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon, so we can resolve these issues.

Service was not particularly timely but all things considered they did a very good job communicating and doing what they could. The product itself is everything described and quite secure and the majority of the cost seems to be in the closet itself, and a few proprietary components, as well as the convenience of almost everything you need to get started arriving in one package.

Order was very late without follow-up. Due to being late I had asked for coordination for delivery as I have upcoming travel which was ignored.

Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy.

For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.

The customer service team will go above and beyond to ensure that, even in the ever changing situation at hand, the individual customer is taken care of in every way possible. Thank you guys!

I just appreciate your product, and being able to learn something new in this year of C-19. I mean, I can't believe how much enjoyment a 50 year old guy can get out of learning about all this stuff. And, your customer service has been awesome, especially in the year of C-19. That started with the initial discussions of me buying a SuperCloset, then I did, and when it came, I was shocked at how well it was packaged to ship, so that was a total 5 star relief right there. I could go on and on, but I won't. I will say that people can trust your company, they will get what they pay for and more, everyone I've come in contact knows what world class customer service is, and seems to really love their company. I'll stop here, because I really could go on and on. Thank you for a great experience!

I would really love to give them 5 stars but I had a horrible experience with shipping. I blame mainly the shipping company. Besides that the product is great and came with more than expected.

Purchased a superponics xl12 pretty overpriced considering materials must have been under $100 and the pumps were aquarium equipment about 30 for water pump 30 for air pump.
The 11th and 12th plants in the loop do not get fed I think the water pump isn’t strong enough. The item arrived WITHOUT air stones even though it included a QC checklist and the air stones were checked off. The air pump broke after 2 weeks just stopped working. Customer service gave me no issues with agreeing to send me the missing air stones but they took 2 weeks to arrive which certainly delayed my first project. Customer service is good I will be calling soon about plants at the end of the loop not being fed. The system works great I wish their were extra indents for air pump lines and such as the included air pump was not sufficient. Overall system works well but I will certainly be building my own next time for 1/4 of the price.

I’m starting out with the super box just so I can get a feel for the super phonics but I hear such great things about it and I’m finally starting to try my own.

This is my second closet system from Supercloset, and I am just as pleased, or actually more so, than I was in the past. I have upgraded to the Trinity System, which is awesome! SC had good communications, indicating receipt of order, status, etc., And, as it approached ship time McMahon from sales (sp?) personally helped me by checking to see things were on track. The closets arrived beautifully, and carefully packed, and when I opened them for the first time to access the components, it was like Christmas come early.

The setup instructions that SC supplied were clear and well explained, so even a first time grower could assemble the units properly. I had a great time putting in all the pumps, and lights, and other gizmos, and I look forward to enjoying a new hobby. Thanks Supercloset!!

Pro: The flowering nutrients seam to be doing their job well. Almost time to flush.

Con: Shipping took way to long, but I will buy again, just make adjustments for shipping time.

I purchased the 5’x5’ room with the upgraded light. Though the shipping took longer than even expected( what’d ya expect with the COVID madness). When I did receive it, I went through the the checklist to confirm everything was there. Upon review, there was one critical thing missing. The light! I about had a heart attack. I immediately email them and received a call first thing in the AM. They promptly sent one out with 3-day priority mail. So I was satisfied about that. Overall I’m happy with the product.

The SuperCloset system is great. The only problem I had due to Covid-19 was not getting support to help me. They forgot a smart plug. Sent the box without the smart plug in it. I called and then someone told me to write a email to support with the picture of the empty box. Haven’t had a response yet and it’s been like 3 weeks already. Other than that the system is doing good so far. I have had it for only 3 weeks now.

Update::: Customer service heard what happened and the sales manager called me back ASAP to send me one right away. Great company all around and positive help when you need it. Thanks SuperCloset team.

This is my 2nd review. I can not believe how well my grow cabinet works. The components are quality and it was easy to set up (I chose the hydro set up). Mcmahon will baby step you through whatever issue or question you have. How great is it to have a box delivered with EVERYTHING and more you’ll need? WOW!! They also offer a generous military discount. I am highly satisfied.

The material sent with the SuperCloset was great. The instructions were easy to set up, and it works great.
