Poorly designed. Entirely too short height due to air filters. Light almost immediately outdated and had to replace. Impossible to control heat or humidity.

Supercloset is a great company they have extremely good people working there that answer questions fast and offer advice will definitely use them again

Bought the Superflower cabinet and have been working with Perrin. Completed 1st grow and it exceeded my expectations for quality. When you use the Lotus Nutrients and all recommended and equipment that comes with the closet, you get better then dispensary grade product. Have had the cabinet about a 1 1/2 and grown twice. Both exceeded past dispensary grade product quality. Perrin read my self-created procedure and worked with me through the first grow closely. I love the setup it is just hard to keep cool enough for my plants to grow. I live where it gets 100 degrees or over everyday in the summertime and I am having a hard time keeping a low enough temp and good relative humidity:( the light is amazing. I will love it when I can figure out how to keep a good temp in the tent.

Bought more products using girlfriends card this time. I purchased super closet 1 1/2 years ago. Just harvested my second grow. First grow I made every rookie mistake I could, had a couple disastrous mishaps, and still produced close to a pound. With those lessons and your equipment and products, I'm blown away by the results. Guessing 3 to 4, or more, pounds of some beautiful green. Just paid for everything I purchased, 2 or 3 fold. This system worked flawlessly. The service, your products, your company have well exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier. Cut 2 days ago, trimmed on and off for 2 days, then immediately broke it down for cleaning. More clones on the way. Can't wait to use again. Can't thank you guys enough. From first order, chat with someone re delivery, text with someone re questions, educational videos, email reminders, and new products, you guys nailed it every time. Won't shop anywhere else. Not a practical setup. The fans for the C02 filters are too weak. Air circulation is minimal with temperature rising to almost 30 degrees Celsius and humidity as high as 70% at later growth stages. This brings big potential for mold. The reservoirs could never grow 8 plants at once. That’s just plain false advertisement. It’s entirely too small and once the root systems develop it gets too crowded and roots battle for nutrients or get tangled into each other. The reservoir is only 3 gallons with a bunch of extra spots for plants that you’ll never use. Not only that, you can’t leave the unused holes exposed to light or algae will form so you have to cover 7 out of the 8 holes you won’t be using on the reservoir. The net pots are only 3 inches. Way to small for a full grown plant. Literally the only good thing about this is the light it comes with and the case looks discrete. But the lack of functionality, makes it all redundant. I have two very healthy plants going but the amount of inconvenience and trouble shooting I’ve had to do is honestly annoying considering I paid $2,000 for this setup and it’s no better than something I could build myself at Home Depot.

Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest. I couldn't be more thankful!

Where to begin… super closet sets the scale for customer service. Your relationship with the company doesn’t end with the purchase. I purchased my super closet… 8 month-ish ago. Since then I have talked to the amazing Debbie at super closet every week - not because of issues with my closet but as a guide to help me grow my best plants. I feel like the term customer service doesn’t sound right, it’s more like customer friendship? Debbie is heaven sent. Seriously this women is a goddess with some insanely good information in all things plants. Also she’s not pushy, when I talk to her it’s not like I’m talking to a sales person. She’s just someone who really loves growing! She gets excited to see my growth. She shares experience stories and gives me tips and tricks that have worked for others. My knowledge has expanded so much in these passed 8 months because of her and the people at super closet. If you are questioning yourself at all about purchasing from this company just call and ask for Debbie and you will know for a fact you are in fantastic hands.
I know I should probably be reviewing the product, it’s great, does what it should and no issues. The CS is what seals the deal with the company, I 1000% would have happily paid the price of the closet for the customer service alone.

McMahon has been completely professional throughout this whole process. My order showed up within seven business days. The installation was smooth and the product is well thought out with quality materials. McMahon has answered numerous questions along the way, and is courteous and knowledgeable. Looking forward to future grows and contact with this company.

First I would like to say that the closet itself is a nice piece of equipment it’s a shame that the light in mine blew out in less than 100 days and it’s supposed to be under warranty for a few more yrs except that’s not the case No new light for me after I went thru there whole process to document the problem and was told sorry if you ship it back to us at your cost then we may be able to fix it No promises. I would seriously think twice about buying this product. Maybe you won’t have the same experience I did but at least you know the real deal.

First just know, I was, am a first time grower of any kind of plant. From the 1st time I spoke with my customer support specialist Debbie she was very informative of the process and explaining and helping me. This process was from germinating the seed to harvest. We stayed in touch via email and phone from begging to end. The 24"x24x"x60" Super Closet I purchased is perfect for a single plant system that I am using it for. Take it from me a 1st time grower and getting the help to grow hydroponics and learn growing this method rather than soil was very clean .

When I purchased I was super stoked. Mcman was awesome and so helpful. My closet came and there was some issues with parts, those got resolved very quickly. The closet in theory is great but it is not practical. There are a ton of light leeks. You got a 50 pod germ and a 12 tank hydro but you can’t put more than 4 plants or it is way to crowded. I wasn’t thrilled but kept the closet because of the concierge option (they give you feedback and help on your plants). Well apparently McMan left and the guy who is there now is just super overworked, doesn’t answer phone or emails. (Not his fault he is overworked) but now I have this 2k closet that is not being used that’s just taking up space. The nutrition is great but super expensive. My plants outgrew the closet I had to get a tent. Removing the pants broke almost all my plants in half. Also the closet is LOUD with the filter fans, this is not stealth by any means. It can also not be flat on a fall because of pvc parts for wires. Personally I wouldn’t recommend. The only thing that I did like about it was the kindled was nice but when I asked for help on how to adjust the settings I was told to “just leave them how they come out of the box”. There’s a few settings that I feel my plants would prefer but it didn’t come with an instruction chart.

McMahon is the bomb.com. I wish I would receive customer service like this everywhere. Okay first this man emails me back insanely fast, I’m pretty sure I’ve never heard this man’s voicemail. Second I had this man jumping through hoops to modify my order multiple times and he was super cool about it. I was going out of town and he made sure that my order would make it before I leave. Everytime I speak to him which is pretty frequent he gives me so much information, like a damn Encyclopedia on hydroponics. This guy is smart as hell. I highly highly recommend calling to place your order over the phone than online as the customer service is second to none and you get a lot more details and information than via computer. Can’t say enough good things about McMahon, highly recommend asking for him as well. I haven’t gotten my system yet so this review is strictly about CS but I know just from what I’ve dealt with so far, if I’m not 100 percent happy McMahon will be sure to do everything in his power to make sure I’m satisfied with my purchase.

At first I was skeptical, but McMahon Newton at Supercloset assured that I'd be on my way to growing top shelf. After my first grow I outdid my expectations and can honestly say McMahon is a rockstar, along with Debbie and Perrin who I didn't speak to as much, but they all helped. I'm super satisfied with my Supercloset and with the grow support, I feel like this is one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank You again McMahon

Every light was 2 years old and older versions of them. One light didn’t work got terrible customer service. Besides lights completely over priced and had to modify almost every aspect of this. They sell you a hydro set that won’t even fit in the biggest tent. Even with the SOG method. Learned a lot here made a $14,000 mistake. Do not get anything from this place.

McMahon truly makes SuperCloset, the videos that come with Supercloset needs to be redone. If someone like McMahon stays with Superclosets then I definitely recommend buying a closet or tent from them.

5 Star service and products. McMahon and Debbie are incredible, great service and they reply so quickly. The cabinets workmanship is top notch. They really put thought into the design of this, even the way they pack it is thought out. Its truly a superb program for anyone especially beginners like me. They have videos to help you and the instructions are very clear. Even I cant mess this up, Supercloset is a no brainer, if you are thiking of a grow solution this is the only one.

I have reached out to the team and McMahon a few times for some pointers and to show my current setup and the response time is like clockwork. Do these people ever sleep? Just kidding, but the speed in which I get an answer is simply amazing!
The information McMahon has provided is more thoughtful and thorough than I had imagined it would be. I never want to bother or be a pain with all my questions, so I try and find the answers online. Knowing I can reach to McMahon and his team when I do encounter something unknown to me is huge! And I know they’ll get back to me in a very timely manner!
