Also an sich ist Superchat nicht schlecht. Allerdings sitzt Meta hier am längeren Hebel. Bei mir wurden letztes Jahr meine Rufnummer die ich über ein Jahrzehnt benutzte gesperrt und das von Meta. Nicht nur ich bin betroffen, ich habe von sovielen gehört das Meta willkürlich Rufnummern sperrt. Superchat kann dagegen nichts machen, auch Widersprüche seitens Superchat bringen nichts und es können auch keine Gründe genannt werden wieso weshalb warum die Rufnummer gesperrt wurde. Mir bringen die wildesten Automations nichts, wenn meine Rufnummern gesperrt werden, die ich zur Kommunikation mit meinen Kunden seit Jahrzehnten nutze!! Also passt bloß auf mit Kampagnen. Liebe Superchat Chefs: Steht hinter euren Kunden und unterstützt diese wenn zu Unrecht die Rufnummern gesperrt werden. Am Ende des Tages sind das diejenigen die monatlich an euch zahlen. Also echt sprachlos was ich nach tieferen Gesprächen mit anderen Firmen so mitbekommen habe.

vielen Dank, dass du deine Erfahrung so offen mit uns teilst. Wir verstehen sehr gut, wie frustrierend es ist, wenn eine Rufnummer, die über viele Jahre ein zentraler Bestandteil deiner Kundenkommunikation war, plötzlich gesperrt wird.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir transparent sein: Die Entscheidung über Sperrungen liegt ausschließlich bei Meta. Als offizieller Partner haben wir hier leider keinen direkten Einfluss und erhalten in vielen Fällen auch keine konkreten Begründungen – was auch für uns alles andere als zufriedenstellend ist.

Was wir aber in solchen Fällen tun: Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bestmöglich dabei, schnell wieder arbeitsfähig zu werden. Sollte eine Rufnummer dauerhaft gesperrt bleiben, helfen wir aktiv bei der Einrichtung einer neuen Nummer und beim reibungslosen Neustart, damit die Kommunikation mit deinen Kunden so schnell wie möglich weiterlaufen kann.

Dein Feedback nehmen wir sehr ernst – gerade auch den Wunsch nach noch stärkerer Unterstützung in solchen Situationen. Genau solche Rückmeldungen helfen uns, unseren Service weiter zu verbessern.

mixed experience, but overly poor customer service.

We’ve had a very mixed experience with Superchat.

When we first signed up for our initial business, the support was excellent. We had proactive communication, quick responses, and a full onboarding experience. They couldn’t do enough to help, which gave us a lot of confidence in the platform.

However, when we set up our second business just six months later, the experience was completely different. No onboarding was offered, support was minimal, and the process has been frustrating from start to finish.

One of the biggest issues is their support system — if you don’t respond within 24 hours, the chat gets closed, and you’re forced to start over each time. Over the past five weeks, I’ve repeatedly requested the same onboarding support we received initially, and those requests have either been ignored or closed without resolution, usually fobbed off with some excuse.

The most disappointing part is that we’re ready to invest heavily into WhatsApp marketing, but we can’t even get properly onboarded to begin. We’re now actively considering alternatives like WAWP because of this.

It’s a real shame, as the product itself has potential, but the inconsistency in customer support — especially post-purchase — has been very poor. Ironically, for a company focused on improving customer communication, this has been a frustrating experience.

Great sales/onboarding, then poor service, poor support, and an unexpected “minimum term” dispute

We used Superchat for WhatsApp/email communications.

The initial sales and onboarding experience was good, but after that support and service quality dropped significantly.

Key issues we experienced:
We repeatedly chased for help setting up automations and no one ever got back to us.

The platform often ran extremely slow, and we experienced service instability/outages.

Spam handling was ineffective — even after marking messages as spam, they still came in.

Operational limitations were a constant headache: no scheduled send on the mobile app, can’t delete WhatsApp messages after sending, and we were unable to CC or forward emails.

A major concern for any business: no proper backup/export of chats in a way we could rely on.

Because of the above, we moved to an alternative provider.

When we attempted to cancel, Superchat replied that cancellation was only scheduled for the end of a 12-month contract period (they stated 29.05.2026). We do not recall signing any contract or having a minimum term clearly explained during onboarding/sales, and we asked them to provide proof (order form/acceptance record and the exact terms shown at the point of contracting). Instead, we received invoices and were told further invoices would still be created.

Overall: good sales pitch, but the platform and support didn’t meet our operational needs, and the contract handling after cancellation has been disappointing.

Achtung! Schlechter Support - Meidet es!!

Leider kann ich es Null weiterempfehlen. Wir wollten eine Automatisierung bei Instagram für Kommentare machen, die nur teilweise funktioniert hat. Knapp 80% der Leute wurden einfach nicht angeschrieben, obwohl wir in Calls alles vorher mit Superchat getestet hatten. Als wir dann dringend Hilf brauchten hieß es "Haben gerade leider keine Zeit :)"!

Absoluter Reinfall, obwohl wir sogar extra ein großes Paket gebucht haben. Katastrophe. Jetzt sitzen wir hier alleine gelassen! Wirtschaftlicher Schaden ist immens.

I signed up to Superchat based on clear…

I signed up to Superchat based on clear promises from their sales team that they would assist with full integration of our CRM, ads, and website bot, along with hands-on onboarding support. I was also told there was a 1-month cooling-off period if the system wasn’t suitable.
Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
It took nearly 3 weeks just to get the first onboarding call, which effectively used up the entire cooling-off period. After that, we were still nowhere near set up, and it became almost impossible to book further support as their calendar was constantly full.
On top of that, the bot was not working properly, with messages getting stuck and not sending — which likely caused us to lose leads and miss client communication.
As a business relying heavily on real-time messaging, this is unacceptable.
Due to the lack of support and failure to deliver what was promised, we requested cancellation within the expected timeframe. Instead, we were told the contract would run until January 2027, which is completely unreasonable given that the service was never properly delivered.
Since then, communication has been very poor, and we are still waiting for a proper resolution.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Superchat to be cautious — especially if you are relying on their onboarding and support.

Dopo 1 settimana ancora non funzionano gli invii

Ho attivato il servizio da giorni ma siamo ancora fermi dopo una settimana. Il motivo è che non stiamo ricevendo assistenza per i primi passi. Il chatbot ti guida ma ha dei limiti. Ho fatto da solo la configurazione del numero fisso, invitato collaboratori, importato una lista di contatti, ma ancora non riusciamo ad avere sbloccato il pulsante verde di invio. Le configurazioni con Meta sono tutto ok. Il modello di Invio nuovo messaggio è ok approvato da Meta non mi riusciamo ad inviare. L'assistenza ci ha dato app a 15 giorni dall'acquisto perché erano pieni di appuntamenti; Ti dicono per Chat le cose con il contagocce; L'assistenza ci dice che siamo avanti rispetto alle normali attivazioni.. Quindi m i chiedo quando uno attiva una piattaforma per iniziare a lavorarci deve passare 1 mese? Guarda caso proprio il mese che loro propongono come prova con rinnovo automatico se non disdici.. Come facciamo a provare il servizio in 1 mese se dopo la vendita non c'è un supporto per iniziare ad usarlo? Sinceramente mi sta seccando questa loro modalità e tempi. Io non posso attendere 1 mese e bloccare le conversazioni con i miei soci.

Just wow!

Just wow!! What an absolute weapon! This has changed my life. My work flow process is now just dealing with quotes where I have all the information needed to quote. No more back and forth for hours with customers. Also great customer service! Very top level!
