Communication!!!! Chris answers the phone and sends prompt quotes and updates and confirmations of times etc.
The team were polite and helpful and an absolute pleasure. The packaging and labelling professionally done.
They are also great value for money.

Superb Moves is exactly what it says - Superb.
The team made my move out day to storage as stress free as it could be. They worked hard and methodically, with good humour and nothing was a problem for them. They handled all the items with care, covered things where necessary and had great communication before and during the move.
The move from storage to another area of England was equally impressive. From covering the entrance and the stairs to keep clean, it was another professional and organised 2nd part of the move. On both moves, they disassembled some large units, and reassembled at the other end. Again the move into my new property just happened - it was completely stress free and was all done very quickly, as they have such a great way of working.
I would recommend Superb Moves 100%. Big thanks to the team.

I recently used Superb Moves to move home, after a recommendation from a close friend, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish,Chris and the team were exceptional. They meticulously packaged all of my belongings, taking great care with each item. Their attention to detail was excellent, disassembling and reassembling my furniture with ease. And they went above and beyond by providing boxes, tape and protection packaging , and labelling all items, ensuring everything was organised perfectly.

What truly set them apart was their personable and kind demeanor. Excellent service provided by Superb Moves Ltd. I strongly recommend this move company. Highly professional in the removal business. This move company was provided to me by my builder. Chris called me the day before the move to give me the details concerning the move. His team members (Alex and Karol) were punctual on the day of the move. They were pleasant, polite and cautious. They handled the move of my belongings from the Shurgard storage to my property with great care. My boxes were labelled, Alex and Karol used their initiatives to deliver the boxes to the different rooms in my property, this was amazing! Well done to Chris, Alex and Karol. Thank you!

Chris and his colleague moved my son's furniture a mile away along The Highway in Wapping and made it a stress free day for him. They arrived exactly on time despite the A1203 being a constant traffic jam. They treated his modest furniture with the same care and respect that they would if they were moving items from Highgrove to Buckingham Palace! They were very friendly and courteous, and worked so efficiently they completed the job in under 3 hours. When my son plans to move again in a couple years he will have Superb Moves back. An outstanding company.

Used this removal company again to transport items from my dad’s large house into storage. They provided a packing service which was extremely good value for money. Again all the guys were so helpful, polite and reassuring taking the stress out of what can be such a difficult experience. Superb Moves delivered every bit on the promises made on their website. Chris and his whole team were friendly, punctual, efficient and flexible throughout our move - we had some particular access issues with our property and they easily found their way around them. I would highly recommend their packing service and I would not hesitate to use or recommend Superb Moves in the future.

We found Chris by chance, observing him and his team moving house for someone on a street nearby. A couple of years later, we retrieved his card and got in touch regarding our move from London to Deal. We've used Superb Moves twice now, once for a move within London, and once for a move from London to the Manchester area.

Both times we've been impressed with the speed and care with which they packed and unpacked our things. The movers are friendly and great to work with.

Our last move was a little tricky because we were moving out of a shared house, so there was some 'please take this but not this', and they did it all perfectly.

They were clear in communication and really worked with us to coordinate the long haul move.

I absolutely recommend them!
