After reading reviews on this company I was apprehensive on placing an order with them but decided to proceed and ordered a Grohe shower unit which was advertised at a great price. Easy to order online, once order placed received confirmation, kept informed of the process of my order and delivery of the item which I could track online. Arrived as expected and very pleased with item. Could not fault them.
Appaling.
No one cared to follow up on my order to tell me they've run out of stock and delivery would be delayed by 2-3 extra weeks.
Learnt about this only after a week (should have been delivered by then) when I chased the order on my own.
While I understand this can happen (but not with proper online ordering) I don't understand what is the issue with keeping customers informed.
Absolute disregard for the customers. Stay away.

Trying to get a refund for damaged tap and arrange to get item collected . Cannot get through on the phone and now not answering emails . The item was reported damaged within 30 minutes of delivery ☹️

Excellent customer service. There was confusion in my part about what my husband had ordered and so my order had to be checked and then cancelled. Customer service answered quickly and efficiently and a refund issued within 24 hours.
Great easy to navigate website.
Price of goods competitive.
Subsequently placed my order, just waiting delivery, which unlike other suppliers is FREE.

Started off so well.
BE AWAWRE this company is based in Germany and not in the UK as the website would indicate. All is good unless you have to return something.
Had to return an item that wouldn't fit where we wanted it. Cost of returns is £15!
Next received a rather large parcel addressed to us. It came in a very large box, it was someone else's toilet seat. Inside their order and personal details could be seen, so a breach of data in the first instance.
Telephoned Super Bath to see if they would collect it? - No! Was advised that I should return it with my order. The box needed new labels printed from my computer, to be stuck on with my tape and taken to the post office (which is across town). After a very rude exchange on the phone as I was requesting that for my help in returning this item would they return the goodwill gesture and refund my postage. They were very rude and reluctantly agreed and confirmed by email. I eventually needed to take this parcel that wasn't mine twice before I could off load it and guess what, my refund came minus the promised refund postage!! Customer services are arrogant and unhelpful. Only order something if you know you want to keep it or pray that if you return it they send you the right label and don't expose your personal details to a 3rd party.

I will check if this refund has now gone into my account. If it has then I am pleased and thank them for that.
I do however stand by the quality of exchange with the customer service team. After a complete lack of understanding of the situation and that I would have to carry this large box across town to my nearest post office, a journey I had to do twice in the end, in exasperation, because they were so difficult and rude, I said maybe they would prefer me to just throw it away! Some people would have, I didn't that is why I rang and tried to reach a mutually beneficial resolution and also to ensure that the other customer whose item I had would not be inconvenienced. I wanted to do the right thing. At the end of a frustrating phone call I was certainly not going to accept a voucher for any other purchases! I never want to have to deal with these people again.

Received the wrong item. No one answers the customer service number to arrange an exchange/return.
They are not UK based as their website would make you think.

Mathis from the Customer Service Team was very helpful. Product as described. Great price.
The website stated that the bath we ordered would be with us between 2-3 days with a caveat it may be longer. As the bath is coming from Germany this claim can never be managed. I am still waiting 10 weeks later

Update: over 8 days delivery in this day and age is simply ridiculous especially as you call yourselves or lead folk to believe your a UK company when in fact your in Germany! The annoyance was everyone I emailed you several times and got told a different story every time so in the end I cancelled it and even then you sent me a tracking number saying too late its been posted so let it come then refuse it on door then let it come back to Germany before 14 days I get refunded then another email saying it had been cancelled so 7 to 14 days for refund in end no refund so escalated to a pay pal claim, is this really how a good business works? I don't have thousands of pounds laying around for you to keep for nearly a month for what nothing so ended up hottest summer in UK for decades with what? You guessed it no shower!!
1st thing to change is tell everyone you are in EU!
2nd thing is be honest about the slow delivery times, they are NOT 48 hours BUT 2 days just to leave your ware house!
I have finally got my money back so hope you take customer feedback to heart and change for the better based on my experience

Appalling. Ordered item on 24th June and it said will dispatch in 2-3 weeks but also says on the order email: "Within a few days we'll be sending you an order dispatch email. So be on the lookout!".... nothing received for weeks and then finally the item arrives on 10th August and its nothing like what I ordered. Completely different time and really cheap quality. Charged me £19.99 for delivery which was the slowest ever and the rail I ordered was tiny - weighed less than 500 grams so how they can charge that is beyond me. Tried to get hold of customer services and impossible to get through. Terrible terrible service all round. *** In response to their reply - they have the same image for all THREE versions of the product which all have different finishes because they are different materials.... so what they are advertising isn't what is actually being sold. BEWARE before buying ***

I suspect this company is fine until there is a problem.
My order was indeed delivered on time, but unfortunately was faulty due to discolouration. After a couple of emails to and fro where they asked for photos and more photos, I asked for return details to return the faulty product. I am yet to receive these.
I believe they are putting a claim in with supplier. What they don't seem to understand is that my contract is with them. They should be giving me the refund straight away and then, if they wish, they can follow up with their supplier afterwards. Superbath's discussions with their supplier have no bearing on their discussions with me.
I have, for now, given two stars based on the prompt delivery and prompt email responses. I may update depending on outcome
Edit: Since reduced to one star as they are no longer communicating (unless you count an email asking what I think of their customer service!)
Further Edit: They did eventually come back and offer a refund, but still insist that it is their supplier who is responsible, not Superbath, and asked me to update this review as they had now "followed process". Refund not received and even when it is I would still not recommend them.
Final Edit: in response to their comment below. This was not a warrantee claim. The goods were faulty on arrival so whether or not a warrantee is in place is not relevant. We did not receive a refund so claimed a charge back through our credit card company.

Absolutely great communications from the customer service. Mathis answered straight away. All queries answered and responded to promptly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Avoid like the plague. We purchased a basin tap in jan for £370 it was damaged with a dent in the neck so was sent straight back. Was told in Jan it needed to go back to GROHE to be approved which was fair enough. Had to chase for the next 8 months twice a month to get a refund. Finally in June was told it had been approved and we will be refunded in 14days. Still waiting now and my emails being ignored, telephone you are out on hold with no answer. I purchase online for a job and never experienced such a shambles of a company.
Reply to your reply. Yes it was approved for a refund in June and I’m still waiting for the refund from superbath. So not sure how you are defending this with your reply!! More lies!!
Update from august, still no refund chased twice more! Still lying and passed from pillar to post in there “customer service” department 10/11/22

This was the second time I have used Superbath to source parts for a WC which is still in great order but is 12 years old. Superbath’s website is very easy to navigate and my previous order was delivered on budget and on time.
The Grohe shower I got from SuperBath is great.
