Passed KYC in Feb - 3 withdrawals processed.Still have £18,000 of winnings in my account all won playing Betsoft Fruit Zen and no bonus was used. Super Spin support and Live Chat have completely ignored daily messages for weeks.

EVERYONE - please BELIEVE every negative review on here - they are all 100 % correct. Do not sign up and do not deposit as you will not get your full and rightful winnings and they will ignore all correspondence. This has to be the absolute worst casino out there.

- They do BRIBE PEOPLE to amend their negative reviews and I have written evidence I will be sending to TRUSTPILOT to prove this.

They steal, lie and make things up. They are not a genuine casino and seem shocked players would want to withdraw winnings. I have so many saved emails and Live Chats which evidence of them lying to me with excuses about withdrawal delays, false promises and ridiculous statements including one in which they tell me I should be satisfied I had at least received a withdrawal back which covered my initial deposit!!!!!! Reality check that is not the point of a casino.

They sent me one random email last week saying my refund request was denied - Super Spin what is that about???? Never even requested a refund and just want my winnings.

I have spent a lot of time contacting various regulators etc who are being helpful and have lawyers on standby in UK, Cyprus and Belize. Utterly ridiculous I am now needing to take this action but Super Spin you are clearly a fraudulent operator with something to hide which is very much proven by your continued lack of response.

I have a complaint open with Casinoguru and they have asked me to publish all account transaction records on their open forum which I will be doing today.

Suite à un gain de 1000 €, j’ai effectué une demande de retrait qui a ensuite été annulée sans aucune action de ma part.
Depuis, le support affirme que cette annulation provient de moi.
Malgré de nombreux échanges et l’envoi de captures d’écran de mon historique, plusieurs incohérences importantes ont été relevées :
des dates qui ne correspondent pas
des transactions mentionnées qui n’apparaissent pas dans mon historique
aucune explication concrète apportée.
Le support se contente de répéter la même réponse sans réellement traiter les éléments fournis.
Je constate également que d’autres utilisateurs semblent rencontrer des problèmes concernant des retraits, ce qui soulève de sérieuses interrogations sur la fiabilité du système.
Aucune solution ne m’a été proposée, malgré ma bonne foi et ma patience.
Je trouve cette situation très préoccupante et manque clairement de transparence.
Je déconseille fortement.
