Selvom vi ikke verificerer specifikke påstande, fordi anmeldernes meninger er deres egne, kan vi godt betegne anmeldelser som "Verificerede", når vi kan bekræfte, at der har fundet en forretningsinteraktion sted. Læs mere

Supagrumps is home to the world's grumpiest plushies. Built around original characters with distinct personalities, each grumpy plushie has its own attitude, and expression. The collection was created for people who enjoy character-driven products and appreciate designs that stand out from traditional plush toys. Cute is overrated.

I love Ollie the Penguin. He's absolutely cute and fluffy. The fabric feels of high quality and he has the perfect amount of stuffing. This plushie is of very high quality in my opinion and I love him very much! Only minus: the delivery took a bit long but absolutely worth it!
Ordered, delivered, no issues at all. My daughter and wife each got their own grumpy ollie. Great job!
I checked out the TRUSTPILOT website before trying to buy some of their cute, grumpy plushies. Because the TRUSTPILOT site implied they were based in the USA, I decided to make a purchase. (I have learned the hard way not to buy from overseas websites.) When I provided my credit card, followed by a verification text that went through, they attempted to charge my account FROM DUBAI six times. Luckily, the credit card company declined them all, possibly because I was shopping via Shopify. While it may not be a scam, the entire process was unnerving and did not go as expected. If it isn't a legit site, why were there multiple charge attempts and rejections? I'm actually very sad that I can't make the purchase because I think their products are adorable.

Hi Jodie,
We take allegations of this nature very seriously and want to clarify the facts.
Nowhere on our website do we state that our company is based in the United States. Our company details and trade license information are openly available on our website and can be independently verified online.
The checkout we identified as a possible match shows that you attempted to pay through your own Shop Pay account, using Shopify’s checkout service. Its complete payment history records exactly two attempts:
• September 29, 11:17 PM: Card declined.
• September 29, 11:19 PM: 3-D Secure authentication failed.
Both attempts failed. No money was collected by us through this checkout, and there is no record of six payment attempts. We have all the records documenting both unsuccessful attempts.
A declined payment or failed security check is not evidence of fraud and does not justify describing our business as a scam. We firmly reject that accusation.
We are contesting this review and have requested further information through Trustpilot to confirm whether the checkout belongs to you and clarify the claims made. Please send any evidence of the six attempts you describe to help@supagrumps.com. We are available to answer your questions and work with you to clear this up.

I love my Grumpy Penguin Ollie. Suits my personality. He makes me smile when I look at him. Would be 5 stars if the delivery was a wee bit quicker

Shipped and delivered as promised, they send super funny mails to keep you up to date, they are reactive on socials and the plushies are just gorgeously grumpy and soft!!!
