Sun Sparks Ltd Anmeldelser

Great local company with a friendly and hard working team. They worked with me to design a bespoke PV system and promptly responded to any queries I had. Very pleased with the work they completed, would happily recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Sun Sparks highly enough. From my first contact with Sam through to completion with Steve, they have been attentive and helpful every step of the way.
Despite delays on my side between receiving the original quotation and being ready to proceed, they honoured the quoted price and, once I was ready, delivered the installation very quickly.
They are an extremely hardworking company and often responded to my emails almost immediately, even on a Sunday. Their approach, communication and attention to detail are extremely professional, and I have found them to be straightforward, honest and a pleasure to deal with.
I’m very pleased with the solar installation and would have no hesitation in recommending Sun Sparks to anyone considering solar panels.

Steve designed a system that i wanted, the installation has been done to a high standard on time.I would highly recommend Sun Sparks for your solar solutions

Just had a high quality solar and battery installation completed to a very professional standard. Excellent company to deal with from start to finish, good communication via email and phone, all queries/questions dealt with extremely quickly and the system is working very efficiently. All necessary certificates received promptly. Thank you to the Sun Sparks team.

Amazing! We can’t rate Steve, Sam and the rest of their team highly enough. Their initial assessment and quotes were excellent and communication really good throughout ( no hard sell). They installed 33 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 as scheduled and finished on time. The whole team were friendly, professional, polite and very tidy. We are delighted with the results and only wish we had done it sooner. Highly recommended!

We have just had a solar system installed by Suns Sparks Ltd they delivered the product on time,on budget and to a super high standard. They were a pleasure to deal with, from the very first phone call they did exactly what they promised and over delivered.

Sunsparks were fantastic - Sam and Steve just owned it. Two site visits a clear and unambiguous proposal that laid out the benefits clearly and provided all of the facts and figures. Their installation was very tidy and professional however it was not without its challenges including separte instals, a multi storey town house and not to mention the weather - these guys owned it. Highly highly recommended.

The SunSparks team explained the installation procedure to me in advance, and answered my questions in an honest, understandable way. The work to install solar panels was completed on time, and I was promptly sent the certificates to forward to my energy supply company after the installation was complete.

The Sunsparks team is very professional, efficient and without question one of the best companies we have had dealings with at our home. The Solar and battery system work exactly as expected and we are very pleased and not a little surprised with the "free power " generated even on a very cloudy wet day.

Highly recommended particularly as they are a local company.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve and his guys not only for their work but also for their professionalism and customer service. We felt involved and engaged at every stage of the process and they were very conscious and responsive to our needs throughout the installation.

Steve and the team were great in providing several quotes for a number of solar PV systems for my house. All were competitively priced. Once I paid the deposit they quickly arranged the G99, installed the system on time and very professionally and then provided the MCS certificate with a couple of weeks! Excellent service and would happily recommend!

Sunsparks installed our Solar PV and battery nearly two years ago and EV charger more recently.
They explained the available options to help us select an install that was suitable for our house.
The installation process was quite quick, the work was to a very high standard and they were excellent people to deal with.
Everything has worked very smoothly since and our electric bills have plummeted.

We can highly recommend Sun Sparks Limited. As they've recently completed our installation. Steve & the team have done an excellent job. We are not newcomers to solar, as two of our previous homes had solar PV fitted. Sun Sparks Limited have without doubt been the best. Steve has been extremely patient, understanding, professional & polite. I sent numerous emails & asked countless questions. All of which were answered swiftly. Communication, was excellent. We did obtain other quotes & Sun Sparks was very competitive. We are very pleased that we went with Sun Sparks

Thank you Steve & your great team

Best wishes Richard and Emma

Excellent communication, Efficient service, I would recommend Sun Sparks without hesitation and I would use this company again for my future projects.

The Sun Sparks team installed a Solar Edge system with panels and battery for us, just over a year ago. The whole service that we received from Steve and the team was excellent. This included the planning application, the install, how they communicated, how tidy they worked, their work ethic, politeness, and quality of work. The system is also generating electricity as designed and supplying electric to the house, the air source heat pump, and the running of 2 electric cars with a total electric bill for the year of just £40.20p. We would highly recommend Sun Sparks. Thank you for everything.

We had a solar panel and battery system installed by Sunsparks, and we would highly recommend them. From the quote, site survey to installation, everything was well communicated, planned and executed. The system itself is running smoothly and producing great results. Even on more cloudy days it is performing beyond our expectations.

A superb company to deal with, everything went really well when they installed our solar/battery system and the system is doing exactly what they said it would. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they are professional, reliable and friendly. Ray Penhaul

What a pleasure dealing with a professional company that clearly cares a great deal about what they do. From start to finish I felt in good hands and the installation was neat and tidy and done surprisingly quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sun Sparks if you want a reliable, conscious and professional solar installation.

I had solar panels and battery installed by Sun Sparks in November 2022. From the start, Steve made sure I was getting the best solar array to meet my needs and was always contactable when I had questions. Throughout the installation Steve and his colleagues were efficient, tidy, professional and a pleasure to have around the house. Following completion everything was fully tested and the paperwork completed for guarantees and SEG registration. I highly recommend Sun Sparks.

Feb.'23: Stephen made another visit, at my request, to completely replace the cable that caused the initial problem, something I couldnt afford to get done on his initial visit. He and his assistant completed a very difficult and challenging job with patience & efficiency. I can only repeat my review from his last visit. It's all still true and I'm delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending him for all things Solar!
June'22: Stephen did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He took the time to find the problem, which was not easy (sloppy installation 5yrs ago by a company that went bust 6months after completing the work!), explain it in terms I could understand and quickly fix the issue. This man knows his stuff! He's now my "Go to" professional for all things Solar. I'm very happy to recommend him & his work
