I’m genuinely so happy with Sunna supplements
I’m genuinely so happy with Sunna supplements and one thing that I don’t take collagen supplements every day because it makes me feel bit of bloated so I do take every other day and it works wonders for my stomach and feels great so I did notice that my knee pain is getting a lot better and I’m feeling much energetic, sorry didn’t mention about electrolytes and creatine which I also take with collagen.
As I am a support worker and staying on my feet all day and sunna supplements been a miracle for me.

Lot of reviews stating good reviews still needs a lot of improvements.
unfortunately it didn’t work for me and the prices are very high.
There other halal collagen now available with high levels collagen and advanced vitamins.

Very disappointing - caused side effects instead of benefits
I purchased the Halal Collagen for my wife and our experience has been very disappointing. After using the product as directed, she started to experience allergic‑type reactions and even increased hair fall, which is the complete opposite of what the product promises.
Despite the marketing claims and positive reviews, we saw no visible benefits at all – only worrying side effects – so she has now stopped taking it entirely. We bought this with good expectations, but it has turned into a negative experience for us, and we are now having to go through the hassle.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this product.

For safety, we always advise that anyone experiencing discomfort or suspected sensitivity should stop taking the product immediately — so it was absolutely the right decision to pause use.
Collagen is a single-ingredient protein made from hydrolysed bovine peptides, and while it is generally well tolerated, every individual’s body can respond differently depending on health status, allergies, diet, and underlying conditions. We cannot rule out individual sensitivity or an unrelated underlying factor, which is why we always recommend consulting a healthcare professional in such cases.
That said, we take this very seriously and would really like to investigate your experience properly so we can understand what may have happened and review the product batch and usage details.

Not working
I order the sunna supplement x 6 bags.
I am not impressed with this as it is not mixing properly in the tea or coffee. It leaves bits floating on top. Also this has a weird taste/ flavour and after taste.
I have also noticed that since I have been taking this my hair has been falling out in clumps and my nails are brittle. My hair has become more thinner.
I started to take the collagen as I had some hair fall and thought it would help but this has made my hair fall out more and in clumps.
It has not worked for me.
Also 1 bag is not a months supply as it is for 25 days.
And 6 months supply of 6 bags is incorrect as you would need 7 bags.
Each bag is losing out by 5 days.
This is incorrect marketing.

We also want to clarify a couple of points to help clear up any confusion. Our collagen is hydrolysed into very fine peptides, but because it is a pure protein powder with no emulsifiers or additives, it can sometimes naturally float or form small particles depending on the temperature and how it is stirred. Mixing thoroughly or using a shaker can often help improve solubility.
Regarding taste, it is unflavoured, but we do understand that taste perception can vary from person to person, especially when mixed with tea or coffee.
On usage, each bag contains 25 servings based on a 10g daily scoop. So 6 bags would provide approximately 150 days of supply (around 5 months). We appreciate how this can sometimes be interpreted differently when referring to “months supply,” as usage consistency can vary from person to person.
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations, especially as collagen is generally used as part of a longer-term routine and is not considered a quick fix, with results typically varying from person to person depending on individual factors. Because of this, we would really like to understand more about your situation so we can properly investigate what may have gone wrong.

I’ve had a really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience with Sunna Supplements. I’ve been using their Halal Collagen Protein and have noticed a big improvement in my hair — it feels healthier, stronger, and I’ve seen much less hair fall. I also appreciate that their products are halal and high quality. Delivery was smooth, and the customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend!

The company sent me the wrong product…
The company sent me the wrong product and I contacted them by email and through the message facility on their website. No reply by their email address. The person who replied through the message facility didn’t even read my message which contained the order number, which I then had to resend. They acted like they did me a favour by sending me a return postage label to return the incorrect product, when its caused me an inconvenience and until I return the incorrect product they won’t even send me the correct product I ordered, which was last week. So now I have to wait longer to receive what I’ve paid for. Poor customer service overall won’t use again.
Update: I cancelled the order for the second item which the company sent incorrectly. Now I have to wait until they receive their incorrect item back so I can get my money back. What a joke. I will never shop here again and didn’t want to give them any more of my custom. Avoid. It’s all fake advertising but no actual customer service.
