I had a e mail to say this weekend…
I had a e mail to say this weekend postage free so I placed the order and wrote a birthday message on 1 of the items . On delivery it was 1 day late to what the e mail said they charged me postage I was not happy at all and they said no gift message was attached . So yeh I was not happy I messsged them they said I never attached the massages ok my fault and they never even mentioned why postage was charged . They should have refunded me the postage even on point would have been accepted.

Well worth the cost! Fragrance lasts!
I went to the Trafford centre and had a test strip of these fragrances given to me when I popped into my bag then smelled in my room when I got home at least two weeks later I could still smell how amazing these are and had to go back and treat myself!

My order was submitted on the 1st August 2026. Order number 656700. It states that my item was delivered on the 05th August 2026 but this was not the case. Can you please advise on this. I have tried contacting customer services a few times but have not had any response until now.

I am a dedicated Sunnamusk customer because I love the product for myself and as gift to loved ones. I bought a set of 6 perfume oil and 2 appeared to be half full. Sunna Musk replaced the 2 bottles.
