Amazing customer support
First, when you call the customer support line, you can talk to a real, live person within a minute or two, which is amazing in and of itself.
The ladies I spoke to are named Waki and Autumn and they were the most wonderful people to talk to! I am always trying to find new friends and these ladies are exactly who I’d want to be friends with.
It’s a shame that the best conversations and people aren’t found out and about but on a support line. 10 out of 10 experience.

Approved, then always restricted for no reason
"I was initially excited to get the Ollie's card since I shop there often, but this has been a total nightmare. I was approved quickly and everything seemed fine, but then the issues started. Like many others, my account was suddenly 'restricted' with zero explanation from Sunbit.
The most frustrating part is the constant runaround. Every time I call, they say the account is unrestricted and 'all set.' But as soon as I try to actually use the card, it declines at the register and goes right back to being restricted. It’s a constant loop of being told it's fine and then having it fail when it matters.
Even after jumping through hoops to verify my info, they canceled the card entirely at the 30-day mark. The customer service is a black hole. It feels more like an identity theft trap than a real credit card company. They 'approve' you just to pull the rug out a month later. Save yourself the headache and stick with a real bank. Absolutely would not recommend."
