Great customer service
Originally received wrong size, however great customer service ensured a right-size replacement was on its way the next day, and also supplied postage bag for returns.
Great quality product backed up by 1st class customer service - will be buying from Summit Junkie again!

Purchased 2 of The Offa's Dyke Path t-shirts. Love the quality and the artistry. Only thing I'm not fussed about is the positioning of the emblem on the front of the t-shirts. The pictures online clearly show it on the left breast but the t-shirts arrived with it on the right side ..... feels weird, hence the loss of a star
##Edited to 5 stars## ......... had a reply from summit junkie, print error on first tops sent. Corrected complimentary tops being sent out ..... excellent customer service response to match the excellence of the t-shirts

U.S. Citizen treat
My neighbor just became a U.S. Citizen; she was born in Switzerland. She climbed when she was younger; we tease that I live on the Hillary Step; and she's down on the Khumbu Icefall. She loves Sir Edmund Hillary, and found his passion unsurpassed. I 'happened' upon SJunkie and found great T-shirts and such. The company is modern, fastidious, professional and on-the-spot with quality screen-printing and material. Of course it takes 'time' to get through customs & such, but it's worth the wait. The packaging is 'over the top' way-cool & the treat included was a huge-bonus. I just ordered a Christmas gift for my 87 year old daddy; whose dream was to get to base-camp at Everest with me as a father-daughter trip. Although that dream didn't come to fruition; he can wear that dream on your sweatshirt and T-shirt and remember our books, hikes & long conversations about 'why' we climb and the unimaginable rush it must be to plant a flag at the summit of any of the seven...first accomplished by Bass. So thanks you guys, you're on to something really good.
P.S. Would be interesting to have more small stocking stuffer items, i.e. thermos, wool caps, key chains, stickers, stationary, even 'fine' jewelry with summit info engraved. Just a thought.

Updated - While the communication and delays in shipping were a bit frustrating, I learned later they are a new company and were shipping from England. The shirts I ordered were GREAT quality and I love it. I would definitely order again

I’ve just picked up your message and I’m very sorry that you have had to chase up your order. Each shirt is made to order by our team and we aim to dispatch each order within 3-5 working days from receipt. Due to our current high order volume I’m afraid your order was processed at the higher end of our target dispatch times. However the good news is that your order was despatched today and sent by Global Priority Tracked service and should be with you in the US within 3-4 days. ( Details of the Tracking Number has been sent to your e-mail address) Again please accept my apologies for the delay in shipping on this occasion which I can assure you is the exception rather than the rule.
