Summerhouses Unlimited built and installed a bespoke cabin for us, bringing to reality the design we had imagined. The quality of materials and construction is great! The process was smooth and communication 5*. Unfavourable weather conditions were handled well by the team and we always felt like a priority.
I'm delighted to be writing this review from my new garden office!

We came across Summerhouses Unlimited display site by chance when visiting the garden centre next door last summer, and we are so glad we did. We had been considering a summer house and having looked at other options, the quality of the cabins supplied by Summerhouses Unlimited is far superior to anything else we had seen and so we returned to place the order for our cabin in November 2025. The onsite staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the delivery and build process, and clearly explaining the properties of the cabin as a natural product. Before the order was confirmed, Neville came to do a site visit to check access for deliveries and also to our garden. Thankfully, all was OK.
Once the order was confirmed, we were kept informed every step of the way regarding delivery of materials, installation, etc. When there was an issue with the delivery of the decking (the wrong colour for the edging was delivered by the manufacturer), this was swiftly resolved. The cabin (Barbados 3) on its timber frame base was expertly installed by Gavin and his team in 4 days, who had to endure 2 days of VERY wet weather which turned our garden into a mud bath, which wasn't a problem as the cabin installation is the first phase of a whole garden makeover. Gavin and his team took great care to keep the mud out of the cabin and were very respectful of our property.
Once the cabin was complete, Gavin did a thorough handover process. We made use of the painting service and Kirsty did an excellent job. The completed cabin looks amazing.

Delivery and build were scheduled and ran as clockwork - Gavin and his team were diligent in the construction and we are looking forward to many years of use of the cabin.

I have just had the Barbados 6 installed and painted. The installation team are a credit to your business, they worked extremely hard (in some very cold conditions!) and had this cabin up in 3 days.
The cabin is of excellent quality and it is everything we dreamed of and more.
The on-site team were respectful, polite and had a great attention to detail when installing.

We are very pleased with our 2 Barnwell sheds which look strong, neat and made of high quality timber. All the sales team and the people who visited us for a site survey, to install the shed bases and to erect the sheds were very pleasant and business-like. We recently had the pleasure of ordering our new Edinburgh 140 summerhouse from this fantastic company. We visited the Whisby show site where there’s many different cabins to view, & having been warmly greeted by Kim & Nev, their extensive knowledge & advice helped us to pick a suitable cabin for our garden. After placing our order we were given regular updates on expected delivery, & during that time their communication regarding painting/payment/flooring etc. was prompt, professional & friendly. The delivery arrived as planned, as did the installation team, & on the planned installation date the team (Gav, Kieron & Josh) worked like absolute troopers. They were all polite & courteous, & worked so hard, they are a huge credit to the company. We love our new cabin, & once it’s completed its paint job by the in-house painter we can’t wait to start enjoying it. From start to finish Summerhouses Unlimited have been a pleasure to do business with. They’ve provided a seamless & stress free service & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of ordering a summerhouse.

Want to give a big shout out to the guys,they we're prompt, driven and worked well as a team.There work ethic was of the highest level of profession and would definitely recommend Summerhouse unlimited.From start to finish,we was guided and informed throughout,nothing was too much trouble.My Cabin is everything and more.

We visited the Whisby show site to choose our Cabin and were greeted by Neville and Kim, who clearly knew their products and were able to answer all our questions very clearly. Having chosen a Barbados 3 Cabin we placed our order and were very pleasantly surprised when it could be delivered earlier than anticipated. The whole process has been trouble free and communication exceptional throughout. The Fitters, Gavin and Kieron were fabulous- highly experienced and worked very tidily as did Pat the painter. Neville and Kim constantly maintained contact throughout and consequently everything went like clockwork. It is so refreshing to work with a company and its people who value customer service so highly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family. Perfect Log Cabin
The path to this fabulous business, was not straight sailing, as we had bought a cabin elsewhere via the internet only to be let down despite being a big player in the market. When we visited the site, there was a superb array of cabins of all shapes and sizes available to get up close with to see the workmanship and the colour ideas too, all essential for planning your own project.
The onsite staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the extensive cabins on supply, or if you choose to go down a bespoke route, every eventuality was covered in depth, leaving you in no doubt it would be handled professionally. The whole ordering process was a very simple affair and the communication was exemplary. The customer service team was very helpful, even when the delivery was delayed at customs, they took full ownership and never let it become a problem they couldn’t handle. As a result of the delay, we lost our builder. However a quick visit to the site to speak directly to Nev and Kim, they were able to provide a solution to our problem that was agreeable to everyone and as we lost our builder, they were able to supply a team to conduct our build, on a Sunday on overtime! Talk about service. After witnessing the team put the cabin together, I am secretly glad i never used my builder and would thoroughly recommend using the team on hand to assemble the log cabin as they knew the tips and tricks which would ensure the longevity and peace of mind for us as customers. I can thoroughly recommend using Summerhouses Unlimited of Lincoln, You won’t be disappointed

Went to Summerhouses Unlimited, Whisby in Lincolnshire as we were looking to purchase a summerhouse. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We purchased one from them and the whole experience from start to finish was first class including ground preparation, installation and painting. This is a review about our recent experience and purchase from Kim& Neville at Summerhousesunlimited in Whisby Lincolnshire, we went to visit the site and to meet them and discuss a bbq hut , unfortunately they didn’t have one on display but arranged for us to visit a previous customer near by which they had built one for ,we were sold straight away and when we got home we contacted Kim and put our order in . They explained there was a 6 to 8 week lead time which was great cos it gave us time to get to things in order .Communication was excellent from start to finish and any problems Kim or Neville were at the end of the phone if needed.The order arrived on time and was very well packaged,3 fitters Gavin,Tom and Kieron arrived at 8.30 am and cracked straight on with preparing the area for our hut , they worked extremely hard in all weather, they were very professional in there work,well mannered and loved a bacon sarnie.Since the completion of our hut we have spent most evenings with a drink or 2 enjoying our new addition to the garden .Thankyou to all the team at Summerhousesunlimited

Attentive and expert service when choosing the building and regular updates at each stage of installation so made very easy for us. Excellent solution to putting down a base quickly and efficiently. I wish I had known about it when helping a friend earlier this year!
The quality is superb when compared to the one it replaced and it will last much longer which is important as it is exposed to the weather.

We ordered the Pembrokeshire summerhouse and it is lovely. The build quality is very good and it was done in a couple of days. The guys worked in blistering heat to get it done and it has great touches like tilt windows and a lockable door. They tidied up and left the garden like they had never been there. They also gave advice about the cabin and its changes as its natural for it to contract and expand in weather. We had it painted by the company and again the colour was vibrant all fixings were removed to paint it and it was a great job we are very happy with it.
The team were great aswell, we had an issue with the door not fully opening in the hot weather and that was rectified when someone was free to come. The communication from the company was very good. Our delivery was a bit late but we had constant coms as to where things were at. Also they were able to work around out working from home schedule during install and paint so that suited us very well. Thank you very much to Kim, Neville, Shaz and the team. We would recommend this company.

I have previously had a garden office from Summerhouses Unlimited which I was very happy with so when I needed another I came straight back to them. Went for a slightly bigger one this time. Shaz at Whisby was very helpful when I was deciding which one to go for and doing the quotes. Delivery time was quicker than stated and had good communication keeping me updated. Took two days to put up and Gavin, Kieron & Tom were very friendly and efficient during the installation. I’m pleased with the Barbados, seems a nice size cabin.

The Summerhouse in a home we recently purchased really needed replacing. We visited Summerhouses Unlimited due to their good ratings and were not disappointed. With the advice given by Kim and Neville we made a choice that day. Kim confirmed with the manufacturer that the summerhouse would fit in our old footprint so we went ahead. Neville and his crew dismantled the old house and replaced the old base. The new summerhouse was delivered and erected on time. Wife’s Birthday so extra points.

We recently had a bespoke cabin installed by Summerhouses Unlimited. We researched for a good few months before going ahead as this was such a large investment for us.

From start to finish all our questions were answered, emailes replied to straight away and honest information provided. We changed a few things in our design and each time this was dealt with quickly and no issue at all.

The installation itself was so quick and all employees were polite and respectful. Our garden was left clean and tidy.

The cabin is everything we planned for and everyone who has seen it in person has loved it!

We have just had the Baruda 53 cabin installed by Summerhouses unlimited. The service was very good , we found the company on line , good communication from Neville, Kim and Shaz. The ordering and delivery went well and we were kept informed throughout. The fitting team were excellent, on time, knowledgeable, very tidy, very polite and good standard of work was carried out. We are very pleased with our cabin and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to anyone else .

Great end product and professional, knowledgeable advice.

I visited the show site to have a look around and was assisted by a lady, was given brochures and quoted a price of some products by email. The company was not pushy one bit, but did follow up with emails to see if i needed anymore information or help. This was a present for my parents and they had quiet a few questions before they purchased and after they purchased, but nothing was too much trouble and we was always made time for.

I purchased a baruda 53, which arrived earlier than expected. The installers were very polite and shuck hands and introduced thereselves. The guys went through all aspects of the cabin after the build and how things work and what we need to do after to maintain it.

We had a slight issue with the doors which we reported straight away and it was actioned and sorted immediatly.

Since the build, summerhouses unlimed have emailed a couple of accasions to see if everything is ok, which i think is nice and it gives you trust in the company.

Overall, dealing with summerhouses unlimited was a very easy process, a great product, good service and even the after sales.

Would highly reccomend this company and thank you for the service.
