i was on medicine for 2 years and my body got so weak after that, so i didn't expect i would be able to
complete this 9 days fasting, but it happened because of support and energy i got from the group . apart from losing 4-5kgs during fasting, after completing 9 days fast I'm experiencing some big changes in myself like... 1. all the urge to eat junk food and sugar addiction is gone. 2. earlier i used to feel stressed all the time but now I'm more calm. 3. swelling in my ankles are 90% gone, my feet feels very light. overthinking is gone. in last 2 years first time my mind feels relax. 4.i actually feel happy from inside now. i was very worried about myself, but by just completing 9days of fasting with full dedication i can say that i can achieve all my goals. i feel more confident now.
what was stopping me?
it was my limiting believes that i made in my mind. Sumit sir helped us how we can change our lives with focusing on one goal and take all necessary steps needed.

This is the first time I am fasting in my life. A year back, I tried fruit fasting, but developed headache , so had to quit fasting within 8 hrs. But this Navratri, not even for a single day, did I develop headache. I got de-addicted from caffeine. I no longer need coffee to energise me.5 mins of cosmic breathing is doing the miracle for me

My association with this precious family called the Cosmic Abundance Hub family and Sumit Upreti Sir began in March 2023 when I enrolled myself for the Navratri fasting course and I was like where is the need for me to attend a course where I have to do the fasting and also pay a fee for it but I enrolled myself all the same out of curiosity. On the very first day itself I became a fan of this great entity and his teachings and by the end of the 9 days I decided that I desired to learn from him and be a member of the CAH family which is a close knit family of pure souls.
To my delight I lost 4 kgs of weight during the Chaitra Navratri, my body pains vanished and I was more focused and very happy.
This Navratri I lost another 4 and half kgs...a great achievement. I was 97 in March and now I am 88kg.lost almost 9 kgs
In my journey with Sumit Sir and Cosmic healing since April I learnt various techniques of healing myself mentally and physically and to my great surprise I realized that I could hear from my left ear which the doctor said had lost 95%hearing ability. Initially I could hear slight whispers and slowly I could hear some sounds and now I can identify what is being said though I have to concentrate a lot. This is the biggest miracle in my life.
Today I think that my ear has recovered 30% but I am very sure that it will recover fully very soon.
Sumit Sir is a total package of yogic practices, meditation, manifestation, spirituality, healing practices and many more and being connected to him is a blessing.
He teaches us to set a goal , visualize it and work sincerely to achieve it. Everything is possible according to him and it is ...
Hats off to this very young gentleman, Guru who is teaching students like me who are almost double his age to live a healthy, happy and a meaningful life.
I am learning to live a life with a new perspective although I am at the threshold of being a senior citizen and I think it is better late than never.
I thank Sumit Sir for helping me to renew my life.

I came in contact with Sumit Sir and CAH group energy two months back and I healed a lot at various levels during this journey. I reduced my weight up to 5 kgs and cured my hypertension which I never thought. Thanks to Guru and group energy. My aim is to reduce ten kgs more in 3 months and become mountain fit. On 4th November 2022 I have joined CAH nd started my journey with Sumit Upreti Sir.struggling with multiple health issues with 69 kg weight ,back pain from almost 9 years,knee pain,joints pain, spondylitis,gas, acidity,skin issues, alergy etc etc..

With in 12 days my back pain is gone miraculously then I joined diamond membership and this one year's journey was very very superb and amazing like super duper 5 star Bollywood's movie.Lost 12 kg weight,day by day getting healthy, becoming mentally and emotionally strong, financial free, Spiritually going deeper nd deeper, intuition power increased and got my purpose of life.

Today is the super miraculous day for me, as I passed the interview and I got selected for my naturopathy diploma course because before one year I didn't have any idea that what I want to do? I was facing lots of health, emotional issues and today I am completely healed and proud to be a part of Sumit Sir's mission for transformation of millions of people and I am going to be a Naturopathic nutritionist plus degree with diploma in Naturopathy.Thank you SUMIT SIR for all the support,help and motivation.Thank you CAH.

It's a powerful 9 days fasting I am very happy to share that it's a eye opening sessions Jaisa ki har session ma sir na 9 rupo ka bare ma Bataya aur unko Kaisa humans sa joda ha this is very powerful sessions really Kabhi bhi Maina is Tarah sa fasting nhi ki Mera Liya ya first time tha but ha mujhe kafi kuch clarity aayi ha Apne thoughts par and Jaisa ki night sessions ka baad kafi Aacha feel Hua bahut hi relax feel Hota ha and bahut Aacha sa Neend ho payi ha Meri. Mera saath Sabsa Aacha Yeh Hua ha ki Mera stomach 1 inch Kam ho gaya Jabki ma Pura 9 din fasting nhi Kar payi but I feel very light nowadays Yeh miracle hi ha really ki hum bina kuch khaya Itna energetic and powerful feel Kar PA raha ha. I was introduced to Sumit sir by Reena and I was surprised with healings she received and she is a living testimony to all of us.

When I Joined Sumit sir I thanked Reena as it was new for me, Reena told I will receive a miracle soon. To my great surprise money started coming in from everywhere from students who wants to be future Pilots.

No doubt about this power learning academy under the guidance of Sumit Sir. I am getting better on daily basis whether it is my health wealth relations or something else. , I have understood this is a deep cleaning course for a human soul and we all should experience it. On Diwali we think about cleaning of Our home good, but with all this come and join our family of CAH to cleanse your body mind and soul in one go. I am Expanding Exploring and Evolving daily 1% and sure to attain my higher one day as expected.

The 9 days fasting program was very powerful. Though I could not fast everyday as prescribed due to my tour on official assignment but it gave me a holistic learning. I got the deeper meaning and significance of Maa Durga and how practicing Issa shakti, Kriya shakti and Gyan shakti I can create the life the way I want to create it and which was very motivating. The best part I learnt that I am able to see Raktabeez, Sumbha-Nisumbha inside me. Now I am determined to kill all these and take action to realize my dreams. Also I got better clarity about my dreams and Goals for next one 6 months. Of Course, I need more clarity about my purpose in life .The 9 days fasting program was very powerful, deeper and holistic. It internally compelled me to set higher intension and take action to achieve my dreams.
