I have joined COSMIC HEALING group of Mr. Sumit Upreti as diamond Member in mid of February 23. I experience fantastic Results. Lower back pain 10 year old, relief 85%. Both shoulders were fridged have 90% relief. Due to fatty lever & A cyst in lever, lever enzymes were always showing higher values. Now these are well in limits. I loss 9 kg weight. Earlier my BMI was 32.8 , comes into obese category. Now it's 29.4 in fatty category. Due to weight loss, my Diabetes dose reduce to 50%.

My knee pained real bad that day . Almost in tears, I'd asked the Universe what it wanted me to do. I had a dance performance coming up in a few days, which i needed to practice for. Also in a few hrs my students would be coming for their practice. And I could barely stand straight due to pain. Desperate,I threw my qn to the universe and went to check for some healing chants on YouTube. That's when Sumit Sir popped up! He spoke of riddance from all Pain and connecting to cosmos. Both vibrated on every level with me and i enrolled. Cut long story short. I took my class with students, dances with them and also practiced my own item multiple times that same day!
CAH is a community of very highly vibrating individuals, raring to get over challenges to achieve their goals.. in all 5 spheres of life! Their evening meditation sessions work on individual and community level to give deep healing to each participant. I feel grateful to the Universe for guiding me to CAH.

Today Brahma Muhurat session was very good. I am joining the Group to Manifest and lead healthy life and read at least 12 books in a year.

In last 5 month I got great results with cosmic healing techniques guided by Sumit sir.
1) Got freedom from emotional blockages. Confidence boosted to very high level due to which I started my own business.
2) I stopped my BP tablets which I was taking daily from last 2 years due to business stress.
3) weight loss is complimentary in this class. I lost almost 5 kg in last 4 months.

Its self learning platform. Group energy motivates ni expect healing of self through cosmic energy.

Navaratri fasting is a amazing experience in my life time and went so smoothly without any sort of migrane and body pains .it's possible only because of Sumit sir's guidence and CAH group energy and Cosmic energy around us.My husband and my brother also fasted along with me in one go,which itselves is a miracle.
I am a kind ofperson, atleast once i should eat in a day otherwise my battery will be low but this time i was super energetic handling parent presentations and classes at a stretch . Really it's a magic.

Thank you Sumit Sir. I am reallly grateful to you for each and every smallest thing you taught us during Navratri fasting like to chew our food for 55 tms, to feel and drink each sip of water and visualise as if we are becoming internally clean and purified. How to let go of our fears. I liked all the 9 days Mataji's story and its importance relating to our lives which you told us in a very different manner. How to control our ego, How habits build our character and character builds our destiny, How we can create in our life from zero, Self Appreciation is very important, Consistency is the mother of Mastery, The 3 S - Strength, Stability and Stamina. I liked Sankalp se Siddhi, Yatho Mana thatho Prana, 1% Growth everyday - I like these quotes very much and also I teach my family the same. Navratri fasting was a miracle for me bcoz I did for first time and was feeling very energetic and calm even after doing all my household chores. I also lost 4 kgs weight and inch loss. All my body pain has gone and skin has become very soft and glowing. Thank you so much Sir for coming into my life. I am really blessed. Thank you once again for GURU energy and CAH family energy bcoz of which I could easily complete my Navratri fasting. Looking forward to learn much more and grow with you.

I have started improving on my headache problem and my mother,who was unable to sit on the floor after she met with a leg accident,is now quite comfortable with her knees and is able to sit on the floor.

I am suffering from hip fracture in right side by doing the exercises & meditation It is reduced at some level.Thank you for such a wonderful program offer for serving mankind.

Wonderful experience with Sumit ji ..in simple ways he taught how to recognise your burdens & their association & then to let go of them . How to be a child & free yourself of any burden .
The Hand technique & then the entire body shaking is amazing to release any stress . The mind & body is much lighter after that.

This is my review post completion of the 21 days Challenge at the beginning of this month.
In the last 9 years, I never had to slog so hard in my profession during the last quarter of the Financial Year. With lots of stress, migraine was expected. With extreme traveling, body pain is given. Also, sleeping for long hours on Sundays was sure due to tiredness.
BUT, SURPRISE!!!!
This 21 Days Challenge was enough to ensure that I experienced neither migraine nor too much body pain! Also, waking up at 5:30 am has surprisingly become a routine.
Thanks to Sumit ji, I have become conscious of the way I drink water, feeling the water during bath and trying to straighten the spine and many more benefits.
I happen to smile a lot more, again many thanks to Guruji for his constant advices.
Thanks for creating a massive change in my life and the lives of many others.

Secondly day I joined CAH that is on 23rd OF Jan I was not able to sit on floor but now after one months of my journey with you I can sit in Vajr Asana atleast for 5 minutes and hope continous practice with you will be able to sit cross legs in sukh asana also
Thirdly Now I have complete relief in ( sciatica pain)
