I was going to purchase jeans from this…
I was going to purchase jeans from this company but on reading reviews and their response it has put me off. They clear skirt around the issue to avoid giving refunds by original methods instead offering only a credit note. They do say in one of their responses that the receive hundreds of emails everyday. Are these emails from disgruntled customers? Thanks but I’ll ordered elsewhere that offers refunds if not suitable and doesn’t try to say you returned outside your returns window. As long as you have proof of return and it’s well within the 14 days they should honour their refund policy.

Firstly, we’ve checked and it appears you haven’t placed an order with us. We always welcome honest feedback from real customers, but in this case, we’d kindly encourage reviews to be based on personal experience.
Regarding our refund policy: we do offer refunds to the original payment method for all eligible returns made within the 14-day window, in line with our clearly outlined return policy. Store credit is typically offered only in cases where returns are outside that window or where items fall outside standard return criteria (e.g., sale items, worn/washed items, etc.).
We are a small, independent team and do receive a high volume of emails—many are general inquiries or requests for sizing help, not complaints. We do our best to respond as quickly and thoroughly as possible to everyone.
We hope this clears things up and perhaps gives you more confidence in considering us in the future. If you have any questions or would like to know more about our process, we’d be happy to help directly.

Ok jeans don’t look well made. I am normally a 38 waist down sized to a 36 for a tight fit. Could have got in a 34 possibly a 32. Will be returning

I bought joggers from them in the past twice fitted aura joggers 2 generations they where great specialy the second generation but in march 2025 this i had a very bad experience i spent about 100£ on 3 joggers from this company called the luxe aura joggers so they still call them aura joggers but luxe u would assume that they are even better then before but no on arrival i tryed them and the joggers where lose nothing like before fabric was worse then before fitting was worse then before and confirt was not like before either.
I contacted them by email and they said the previous generations will not come back as they have changed supplier no wonder the worse qualirty material and loose fit.
Problem starts after when i decited to return the prodouct you will pay your own postage and make sure its tracked as i seen revies of people that didnt get a refudn because the return delivery was never recived, on top of that i had to contact them for a refund as i saw with the tracking my parcel was there 2 days early so it took me contacting them to refund but dosent end there they will not give you a refund they said if you buy something that is on discount then you will not recive a refund but a gift card so i got a 100£ gift card i requested them if they can refund but they said it per their terms they cant refund discounted stuff and guess what 99% of the items on their website are on discount , but dosent end there so ok no refund so i leave the reviews only on the 3 prodoucts that i bought explaining other people the fitting and naming situation and the refund situation i check after few days and the review is deleted on all 3 prodoucts, so they are tampring with reviews on their prodoucts so it looks like its all 4 star or more by deleting lower reviews
Now i have 100 pound stuck with a company wich basicaly after checking theyr inventory is mostly stuff from shein at a ripoff price
It used to be good but now….

Better than Zara!
Bought the Premium Relaxed Zip Hoodie in heather grey in size L and it’s absolutely perfect. I was going to order from Zara but found SulFit and gave them a try — safe to say I’ll be ordering again!

High, high quality.
High, high quality. I have bought numerous pieces from Sulfit in the past, a mix of activewear and some more casual pieces suitable for holidays and I have to say when compared to some of the biggest brands in the world, the quality is genuinely so much better. You can tell Sulfit take great pride in their products. The ordering / delivery was also a seamless experience. Highly recommend.
